I bought this watch to keep track of my sleeping since I wasn’t sure if I was getting good sleep. It has performed well beyond my expectations. It tracks all of my sleep stages. I love it

I was disapointed with my purchase because there are bad scatchs on the screen and the watch battery only has 83% capasity left on it. What did they refurbish? I think they just put a new black band on it and called it good. I really dont like leaving a negative review. I tried calling all day but they dont answer phone.

Was excited to buy this watch, as geek squad advertised it at a good price. Was disappointed to find out the watch came with the wrong color band and no charger in the box! Normally love buying things from best buy so this was a let down for sure.

Its looks like new and its great quality especially for the price. Something to keep in mind its battery health won’t be 100% mines was at 89% which is expected as its refurbished but other than that its great for the price.

Even though it was refurbished it looks brand new. The only gripe I have is the battery life seems to drain fast.

Discounted price but quality is top tier. I would never knew it wasn’t brand new. Zero issues. It’s big beautiful and no surface damage. My third product repurposed and idk what their vetting process is but i trust it.

This purchase is a good investment, especially if you’re on a budget. It’s refurbished, but it’s in great condition. The face screen is bigger than I expected and I can see a clear picture of my security camera, which is great! My only con is that the battery life is not that great, I have to charge it every day! I will talk to someone from Apple. Does anyone have any suggestions let me know.

Product was clean and reedy to use. Wish it came in original packaging but not a problem. Minor scratches on face but a case will resolve that issue

Watch works like if it was brand new, came with all accessories and charging cable. The only thing that i didnt like was the packaging. The watch was placed in a zip lock bag along with the accessories and could have been scratched. I know Best Buy can do better to protect product from damage, luckily for me the watch wasn’t damaged

Perfect condition. Love it! I wanted black but this is so dark you can barely tell it’s blue! Also, you can buy a cover for it which I did!

Great deal on a premium Apple Watch if you don’t have to have the latest model. The only new features in the 8 and 9 are body temperature sensors added in 8 (for tracking menstrual cycles and menopause) and motion controls in 9. Since I’m not female and the way I fidget when bored would inadvertently activate apps on the watch the 7 is an ideal series for my first watch. The watch I received had no visible blemishes and its battery health allows for 100% charging. It was easy to sync with my iPhone. The 7 series has no problems running the latest os(currently running 10.1). Battery life is supposed to be the same for the 7, 8, & 9. I get about a day and a half between charges. The green color is awesome. It doesn’t stand out to much and looks black under most lighting conditions. My only complaint is that the watch was supposed to come with the latest usb-c fast charging mag cable. Best Buy replaced it with an older off brand usb-b cable.

Great watch, very good condition! There was a barely visible scuff mark at the top of the glass, does not in any way impede my use of the watch. And the performance versus my old series 2 is night/day! Really happy that I bought this great watch for a great price!
