What did they refurbish? I think they just put a new black band on it and called it good. I really dont like leaving a negative review. I tried calling all day but they dont answer phone.

Something to keep in mind its battery health won’t be 100% mines was at 89% which is expected as its refurbished but other than that its great for the price.

Was disappointed to find out the watch came with the wrong color band and no charger in the box! Normally love buying things from best buy so this was a let down for sure.

The watch arrived in very good condition and there weren’t any major scratches. The set up was very easy and it is fully functional, and it looked almost brand new. Solid Refurb

They send a charger with it as well which is more than I expected. Ordered two months ago and still working well!
