Received in sealed plastic without owners manual and most of all missing charging block! Certified by Geek Squad, what a JOKE!! Could not even check if all items are included to customer.

Ended up picking this over apple watch 8. Happy with the large display. Faster and more responsive than my previous apple watch 3. Even has a full qwerty keyboard!

Only issue is the picture shows a blue watch band, but it had a black band when delivered.
