Great watch I absolutely love it I have no complaints came early and has exceeded my expectations

Ordered the item, got lost through FedEx, the item took a trip around the country for a week before it got to me. I live about an hour and a half from the distro center in Ohio. The item went to Phoenix and back. I asked for help, i was then gaslighted and told they were gonna do everything they could to help me. I then ordered a new item thinking it was a fluke, and I would return the original once it eventually got to me. They assured me that a replacement had been ordered by them and I would receive it in 24 hours. That never happened. I called back and was told that I would receive a $50 certificate for my inconvenience. That also never happened. The item eventually got to me. The original item was significantly damaged with a large scratch through the middle of the screen. The second item I ordered got to me, but it was the wrong color with the wrong band. When I asked for help, they told me I needed to drive to Best Buy to talk to somebody there or return my item. I told them that it had been a very frustrating experience, and I was told that my complaint would go up the chain. It’s no surprise that Best Buy is being out done by Amazon. I ordered the same item from Amazon and it got to me the next day with no issues. Unfortunately moving forward Best Buy will be a last resort option, which is sad because it used to be my first option.

I love the Watch but would like a different band for it this one makes the arm sweat.

Not a good experience for first time ordered refurbished item. First, it was delayed, and then it finally came with wrong watch band type. Bryan at my local store Rochester, MN tried to correct this issue by replacing with after market band or getting different watch. I decided to return it but my used cash rewards might not getting credited back to my account. Thanks Bryan to try though.

No issues. Good watch. I got it mainly for the ECG capability.

I didn't like it. I received a 38mm watch. The website said it was a larger size 40mm

I got the detective item. It cannot be charged at all. Now i would like to return it at store. They cannot verify the watch since it cannot be turned on at all. I will never buy refurbished item from best buy anymore!

Love the watch but delivery took longer then they said and I was pretty disappointed with customer service

I got the box in the mail and the only thing that was it it was one strap. Yall have employees that are stealing. Don't just fire them but send them to jail. #GeeksquadCertified

Didn’t show up on time. Should make sure someone is there to sign when purchasing electronic devices to ensure that you can secure a refund if they mess up on the delivery time.

Overall the watch is great. The reason I gave a 9/10 is because when my watch came the band came without the silver fastener so I had to purchase additional bands for my watch instead of using the one it came with.

Bought the 8 series Apple Watch as a present and it works perfectly!

It’s perfect and looks like new. It has a nice size screen and is easy to use and I love the heart monitor and pulse tracker. I would definitely recommend this watch to anyone looking for a smartwatch.

It came without a box and the charger is not original, it is Chinese

Stopped working after two weeks. Had to take it back waiting for the next one. I hope it works properly.
