Happy with this purchase. The watch is in great condition. Battery life lasts all day. The wrist band feels backward and is more difficult to clasp than others.

I wanted the new ECG and temperature features but was surprised by the price this many years after the series 8 release. So happy I stumbled upon BestBuy’s refurbished offering! Very happy with my purchase over a month later.

Love this watch. It holds charge well. You can see all messages just by glancing at it, it is a little difficult to send messages, due to screen size. Records daily activity, steps, heart rate, etc, No problems so far!

The watch works great except the ECG reader. It appears to be the only part of the watch that doesn’t perform. I would love to give it 5 stars but I did expect everything to work when it’s Geek Squad Certified.

Nice Watch Good Color comfortable feel Would purchase again

I was told that there wouldn’t be major scratches and when I got it, it had scratches all over.. I understand it says refurbished but when you think about refurbishing items usually that they are well kept or have some things replaced and also it was not cleaned. When I got it it was dirty on the band and the area where you connected the band to the watch.

Got this for my wife’s late mother’s day gift and she loves it. has everything she needs to track health and since kids use her phone sometimes she can still get important alerts from work if needed.

For what it’s worth, the series 8 41mm is still great in 2025. However, it’s small size left something to be desired. Works perfectly fine for those who want a smaller smartwatch, but I decided to return mine for a larger watch.

Great watch for the first couple of months then the speaker on it went out. Not that big of a deal for the price I bought it for. Everything else still works good

Haven’t been able to figure out how to activate this second watch to my iPhone for another family member as his iPhone is too old to accommodate the Series 8. Also the band is barely fits and is smaller than my own. They are supposed to be the same size (S/M).

The quality than Watch was fine however, it’s supposed to be compatible with my iPhone 8+. It is not I needed an update so I called Apple support because I knew I had a two week window to return it and still have to pay a restocking fee. Unfortunately, Apple support is slow and I’m still not getting any help from them. I live 135 miles away from the nearest Best Buy. I’m frustrated because I just want to get my watch so I can use it. It’s unusable until evidently it has an update that I can’t do on my own. I’m not sure why it wasn’t ready to go when I got it from Best Buy but I’m still trying to get Apple support to help me. I would prefer not to pay a restocking fee to just take it back the next time I am at a Best Buy.

Very nice watch, better than old model several series back. Improved screen and speed.

I bought this as a replacement to my old Apple watch that stopped working. I have had no problems with this one!
