Unexpected Drawback

Also the band is barely fits and is smaller than my own. They are supposed to be the same size (S/M).

It is not I needed an update so I called Apple support because I knew I had a two week window to return it and still have to pay a restocking fee. Unfortunately, Apple support is slow and I’m still not getting any help from them. I live 135 miles away from the nearest Best Buy. I’m frustrated because I just want to get my watch so I can use it. It’s unusable until evidently it has an update that I can’t do on my own. I’m not sure why it wasn’t ready to go when I got it from Best Buy but I’m still trying to get Apple support to help me. I would prefer not to pay a restocking fee to just take it back the next time I am at a Best Buy.
