    Will not be purchasing certified refurbished again. The watch looks fine, but most of the sensors don’t work nearly as well as they do on new ones. Sleep tracking has been poor and workouts are also very inconsistent.

    Fast, reliable and with 02 sensor. Replaced my 5 and this one is brighter and faster. Love it so far.

    It came very well packaged however it was suppose to have a s/m watch band but instead it came with a m/l watch band and a third piece of an Apple Watch band that didn’t fit that size watch.

    They sent the wrong size band (M/L instead of S/M). When I contacted them for a refund, they told me that this would not be possible (despite still being in warranty). Customer service was useless.

    It felt like pre owned as I did see some usage signs. On top of it, it came without a charger. That shows that it might be a pre owned or open box with missing parts.
