First time buying certified product from best very much pleased with price and quality of product will purchase again

Doesn’t look like the picture. Comes as white and silver. Slightly disappointed, but it’s a good watch.

Watch was delivered with a scratch on the screen and scratches around the bezel of the watch. DO NOT BUY REFURBISHED PRODUCTS FROM BEST BUY. VERY dissatisfied with the quality of the product. Always buy new even though it is more expensive.

It was not in the original box, when I turned it on I noticed a crack on the screen, it was also not clean it had dirt all over it, so that’s why I returned it.

They sent the Apple Watch with a lot scratches and I tried to return in the store and I couldn’t. Nobody can help me with it. Don’t buy it

I purchased a refurbished Series 8 Apple Watch online. When I picked it up at the store, it was the wrong color and only had the small band. The manager told I had to call Best Buy help and get a return label. After talking with six different people, I was finally told the serial number doesn’t match what they sent me and I can’t return it! The local store manager even talked with them explaining that the wrong watch was sent and that’s why the serial number doesn’t match the order. Customer service basically said they don’t care and if we try sending it back they will just send it back to me. We got no where with them. Worst customer service ever!

I thought this might be a somewhat official program a la Apple and the "refurbished" models they offer. But no, this is clearly someone else's device that Best Buy bought. It looks like they probably took great care of it, but they didn't both to include the charger. And Best Buy's verification process is clearly lacking for something like that to get through. Was a real bummer to be put in this position. Disappointed, was looking forward to a good deal and re-using technology.

After ordering this watch through Best Buy, the watch came locked. After going to Best Buy I was told they can’t unlock it OR take it back because it’s locked. Obviously it’s locked, that’s the way it was sold to me. Absolutely terrible!!

My item was stolen and Best Buy won’t accommodated my police report
