Works great but the screen is a little small and harder to view some of the apps

The refurbished watches from Best Buy are very disappointing. I first ordered a series 8 watch and it had scratches on the screen, so the store did an exchange and had another one sent to my house. The second watch that arrived was even more full of scratches and it was a series 7 watch. It does not appear they have any quality control on their geek squad refurbished Apple Watches. I gave up and just got a full refund. If the outside was in that rough of shape I figured the battery was also not in the best condition.

My 45mm series 8 apple watch came with a used (and dirty) 40mm band that wont work with my watch.

They sent me somebody's musty old watch. It's completely scratched up. Dirty Wristband. Yellowed charger. The watch is not locked, but it's definitely not refurbished. "Used: poor condition" would be more appropriate.

Amazing watch with a lot of comfort with just the basic band. Wear it during sleep comfortably and all day comfortably

The screen had 3 big hits, I know its refurbished, but I was expecting better conditions coming from the original “Apple and Best Buy”, the charger also full of scratches, not original packaging, an extra sm band. But no girl, waste of time.

I’m very happy with my new watch, it syncs perfectly with all of my other devices.

The watch came with a blue band, no charger and completely dead.

I bought a refurbished series 9 which was an upgrade from the series 4 that I lost. I love it. Longer battery life and gifh quality even though it came in a ziploc bag. I didn’t need the instructions but I did have to update my iPhone and the best part is all of my precious watch bands fit. I’m now looking to replace my pc with a refurbished laptop and a replace my iPhone as well. The open box special is amazing and is now my only way to buy electronics.

I recently purchased a refurbished Apple Watch from Best Buy, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The watch arrived in like-new condition, and I have not noticed any wear or defects at all. It functions perfectly, just as expected. I highly recommend checking out Best Buy's refurbished section—especially in this economy, it's a great way to snag quality products at a bargain price. Overall, a fantastic deal!!

I was a bit skeptical at first especially considering it’s a refurbished Apple Watch, but Best Buy is usually good about product quality. It came practically unused and is in great shape.. I’m surprised honestly haha. The battery life is amazing, when mine charges to 100% it lasts 8-10 hours especially since I leave the display off. If you’re on a budget and looking for a watch, Best Buy is definitely a solid choice, I got mine for $219.99 (plus tax $240) and it came in under two weeks. I’d definitely say if you want a secure pick up please don’t get it shipped to you, pick it up from the store so if something goes wrong the process is much easier.

The watch is operating without any issues. It had minor abrasions on th face but I bought the covers and more bands so that’s not an issue for me. It’s easy to transfer from another watch due to the user friendly instructions by the watch. I would purchase again.

It was like brand new when I received it. There have been no issues. Great watch!!

Going from an iwatch 4 to this iwatch 8 is a night and day difference. It’s nice to have a watch. That’s not dead by 2:30 in the afternoon anymore. Only issue I have was there were some scratches on the screen when I received it. Not bad enough to really hamper the view, but still a little noticeable. Overall, really satisfied.

While the refurbished watch arrived with no instructions for a first-time Apple Watch user...I was finally able to get it charged and it has worked fine for a couple of months so far. I'm a fan, but I think that starting with an older, cheaper version was the right choice for me. Some of the problems in the reviews had me nervous (especially when it arrived with no juice and seemed uninterested in taking a charge initially...), but since then, I have had no problems with it.

Recently retired and bought the Apple Watch to monitor health, fitness and safety. I have not worn a watch since the late 80s. The Apple Watch syncs with my iPhone and iPad. Great piece of technology. Really meets my needs as a senior citizen. The Apple Watch provides me with the structure that I missed once I retired.
