I was a bit hesitant about buying a refurbished product, but this Apple Watch Ultra exceeded my expectations. It arrived in excellent condition — it looks and functions just like new. The battery life is great, and all the features work perfectly. For the price, this was a fantastic deal. Highly recommended for anyone looking to save without sacrificing quality!

The watch itself is great but and has a decent battery life left. Mine came with 89% available, but the band is not the band that is advertised ($100 trail loop band) instead it’s a less expensive Apple Sport Watch band ($50 new) that is rubber and the charger is not a fast charger. it’s a generic charger, which is more or less useless for charging an Apple Watch Ultra. The Watch itself is in good condition with very minor scratches.

It works very well, the battery lasts a little over two days and the condition is impeccable.

You never know what you are going to get when you get pre-used. I honestly can’t tell that my watch had ever been used. No scratches and it operates perfectly.

I order the refurbish Apple Watch ultra , I love the watch, but I was very disappointed because the watch didn’t came with the original watch band as advertising on the website, on top pf that the band was defective and broken,I went to the best buy store to see if I could switch the watch band , but the customer service person told me , that was nothing they can do about it, i was told that all I can do was to return the watch.

I bought this expecting a durable and rugged watch. First, the band was not the one advertised and it appeared cheaper. Second the watch had several scratches and a tiny hairline crack on the back casing (I didnt find the crack till it got wet and crashed the whole watch). Luckily it was only a week after purchase.

I recommend that those who buy BB geek squad refurb Apple Watches just budget in that you will be replacing the watch band. Many complaints out there and i am not exception. My band was not functional as it arrived. The loop that holds the excess Ocean band was missing so it would stick out almost perpendicular to the wrist, snagging on things and causing the band to unlock and drop once. I have since replaced and the actual watch has been great. Just wish they took the extra minute to either say no band or to fix with a new band.

Watch came in great condition, without any scratches or sign of wear. My only problem was watch was advertised with Blue/Gray trail loop band and it did not come with that. It came with a black ocean band in a package that looks like it came from Amazon. Hard to even tell if the watch band is real or a knock off since there is zero signs off apple packaging on the new band. Buyer beware you might not get the correct watch band as previous reviews as mine also stated but overal happy with the refurbished Watch itself it’s in great condition.

Came in phenomenal condition, and works better than I expected. I love the battery life on this and the extra button that lets you start a workout instantly is super helpful

I am pleased with my refurbished Apple Watch. The watch came with no visible blemishes, worked perfectly well and is exactly what I wanted. One thing to expect is the battery capacity was down to about 85%, but again - to be expected. The watch still lasts all day. The one thing I didn't love was the band that came with it, it seemed that had been used as well, but thats no big deal as I had a feeling I was going to want something different. It would be nice to let purchasers pick from what kind of band they want though. I would do refurbished again without a doubt.

The band that comes with the watch is not what I ordered and the customer service was not able to provide a replacement band as expected. The watch works fine and in great condition!

Just picked up the apple watch ultra refurbished but it came with cheap 3rd party wrist band. Watch is great in perfect condition, but the band is ugly grey color from a 3rd party. I contacted best buy and they wouldn't do only the band exchange. They would do the whole watch exchange but would still not guarantee the new one will have the original band.

I love my watch coming from a series 5 and was finally able to get the ultra. Although I was given the wrong color band everything was great.

The watch was in perfect condition. It did not have the listed band on it. It had a cheaper band. I did not notice it until I was home. I was disappointed with that. The watch looks and works perfectly.
