    Ordered and Ultra 1 refurb since I had a few large gift cards and paid $80 total after taxes for it.Imagine my surprise when I opened it and the watch not only looked brand new, but was actually an Ultra 2!! best $80 I've spent lol

    The watch itself is awesome but comes with a cheap band not as illustrated in the website for refurbished watchs. Oh well, i tried to see if customer service can help and they said to return watch and order another one. I think i will bypass that headache.

    Received the watch in decent condition battery health 89% not too bad didn’t receive the trail loop watch band with watch if you’re going to have the item on your website with a specific watchband why not ship it to the buyer instead they give you the runaround and tell you they’ll only give you 25% off a regular price watchband This is unacceptable for how long I’ve been with Best Buy. I am upset.
