Received the watch in decent condition battery health 89% not too bad didn’t receive the trail loop watch band with watch if you’re going to have the item on your website with a specific watchband why not ship it to the buyer instead they give you the runaround and tell you they’ll only give you 25% off a regular price watchband This is unacceptable for how long I’ve been with Best Buy. I am upset.
