This watch is TERRIFIC! I love the larger face, vastly improved brightness, longer battery life, new design, and the new case and buttons, and am looking forward to trying out all the new features. I came from an Apple Watch Series 7 so this was an awesome upgrade for me. ESPECIALLY for the deal they just ran on refurbished. The watch came to me and it looks and works brand new, it just doesn't come in original packaging, that's it. Would definitely buy refurb again, got a great deal!

The product was in good condition. However the band the was sent was not the right one. Initially the very reason for choosing the product was the band color. It was disappointing that a navy blue band came instead of the white one as described in the product details

Yes, you read the title correctly. I was still able to get Apple Care for the watch, so in my opinion, this is the best option and worth it way more than the two other Apple Watch Ultras, depending on your needs, like the gestures feature It does everything the other Apple Watches do at a fraction of the price, so you can’t go wrong! Don’t waste your money unless you absolutely need the newest thing.

I was sent the wrong band which isn’t a big deal. I spoke to Best Buy support through chat here and they said I could trade it out in my local Best Buy. After driving 30 min to the store I was told they can’t do that and gave me the support number for Best Buy and said if I called they could either send me the correct band or refund me for the cost of the band. On the 30 min ride home I spent the entire time attempting to get the support associate to escalate the issue to a supervisor (like the store employee instructed) when I finally got a supervisor he asked me about the situation which I fully explained only to have him hang up on me without saying a single word. I called again only to have the next support associate hang up on me when I asked her to escalate this to a supervisor. Again I called only to be put on hold after asking for a supervisor for another 20 min. I finally gave up and just purchased the bands on Amazon. I will never spend a singular cent with Best Buy after this. This entire experience left me in absolute disgust of how Best Buy handles customers who’ve just spent over $500 and have spent thousands in the past. Every instruction I was given was wrong and I was left with no resolution to such a simple issue.

It’s a very nice watch, only thing it came with an orange broken band instead of the one show on picture, other than that I love it! I own 2 of these!

Love this Apple Watch! It was a gift for my husband’s birthday! He was so surprised and wears it everyday. My order process was so easy and problem free, will be ordering more Apple products, thank you BestBuy!!

I upgraded from the Series 5 to the Apple Watch Ultra, and it is a game-changer. The UI at the time before the new Glass UI felt identical, but the battery improvement over the series was amazing, and the durability in comparison to the aluminum, so much more durable. I used to always have a case on my Apple Watch, but you truly do not need one for this one. Then the added benefits of the better cellular and the night mode are all awesome. Another side benefit is that all my watch bands from my series 5 to this one all worked as long as they were ones that went around the watch itself. If it clipped into the notches and you had the 44mm before it should work.

The watch arrived and was packaged very securely. The watch looks and operates like new. No problems at all. I'm still learning all the things the watch can do. No instruction manual was supplied, but I easily found one online. Great job, Geek Squad!

I was nervous about buying a refurb watch when my S4 finally bit the dust. I was looking for an iWatch that had the best battery and didn’t need a cell plan. This one was highly recommended, but the brand new ones were way out of my price range. I decided to give it a try and have been very pleasantly surprised! It might as well be brand new and was about half the price!! It doesn’t need a charge for days and works great!

I am very happy with my refurbushed AWU-1. Crystal is without any scratches. There a few superficial scratches of the titanium casing, but they are barely visible. Battery Health at 93%. I think it is a great deal as I couldn’t justify paying full price for an Ultra.
