I was nervous about buying a refurb watch when my S4 finally bit the dust. I was looking for an iWatch that had the best battery and didn’t need a cell plan. This one was highly recommended, but the brand new ones were way out of my price range. I decided to give it a try and have been very pleasantly surprised! It might as well be brand new and was about half the price!! It doesn’t need a charge for days and works great!

My unit was in perfect phsycial condition aside from a few light scratches. I was super excited for my new watch, but when I went to set it up, I found out that it was iCloud locked. Therefore, it renders the watch completely unusable.

I love the watch!! I can’t even tell it’s refurbished. I’m only giving it 4 stars because it came with the wrong wrist band so I had to go buy what I wanted

Sent the wrong color band that was not ordered. Tried to rectify the issue and they didnt help not even taking money off the purchase for their mistake.

I ordered an Apple Refurbished Watch Ultra with a yellow band, but Best Buy sent me a blue band instead. This is extremely frustrating and shows a lack of proper quality control. When ordering a refurbished product, accuracy matters even more, and receiving the wrong band color is unacceptable. Now I have to spend extra time returning the item and waiting for the correct one, which is very inconvenient. Overall, I am very disappointed with Best Buy’s service. They seriously need to improve their inspection process and order accuracy. I expected better from such a major retailer.
