Sent the wrong color band that was not ordered. Tried to rectify the issue and they didnt help not even taking money off the purchase for their mistake.

I was very surprised in the condition that this watch was in. It was almost like it was brand new out of the box. There were one or two little scuff marks on it the side particular but nothing that would stop the watch from functioning as it should. The band was very good and overall, I would rate the watch a 9.5 out of 10.

I ordered an Apple Refurbished Watch Ultra with a yellow band, but Best Buy sent me a blue band instead. This is extremely frustrating and shows a lack of proper quality control. When ordering a refurbished product, accuracy matters even more, and receiving the wrong band color is unacceptable. Now I have to spend extra time returning the item and waiting for the correct one, which is very inconvenient. Overall, I am very disappointed with Best Buy’s service. They seriously need to improve their inspection process and order accuracy. I expected better from such a major retailer.
