The Best Buy Representative told me that I would be able to purchase apple care for the watch even though it wasn't new and refurbished, WRONG. The watch was ineligible for any warranty. Customer Service has just given me the run around dancing around actually helping, including hanging up on me TWICE!. Never Purchasing from Best Buy Again!!! Buy Directly from Apple

Went to berizon to activate it has cellular according to tbe decription. they can’t activate it so I went to an Apple Store. The watch is not even a USA watch. The watch is from Saudi Arabia according to the Apple Store when they looked up the serial number and it cannot be activated with any US networks, but if you just wanna watch it works as it’s supposed to and was not damaged just a little tiny nick in the metal .

I returned to Best Buy they said they could reorder it I didn’t want to take the chance of getting the wrong color again so I swapped it for 46 mm

I purchased this refurbished version and they sent me damaged straps and they refused to replace them because I waited till after the 2 weeks to open it as a gift. Would’ve been nice to also see pictures of the product before. Lesson learned
