I purchased this refurbished version and they sent me damaged straps and they refused to replace them because I waited till after the 2 weeks to open it as a gift. Would’ve been nice to also see pictures of the product before. Lesson learned

We I tried to exchange the band Best Buy said I would have to return everything and then they didn’t have the watch I wanted. They would swap out the band. I kept the watch and ended up ordering the band I wanted on Amazon.

I did not receive the band and best buy would not correct the mistake. The Watch face and charger worked perfectly but not happy that i did not receive what was described. The item also was delivered in a box and a plastic baggie with nothing else ( no instructions or receipt) and kind of looked like something you would pick up at a thrift store. That being said, the watch face itself was fully functional and i haven't had any problems with it. I would not purchase online though. Make sure you see it because customer service was no help in the matter. Seems ridiculous for a company like best buy to lose a long time customer over a watch band.
