    I didnt like the band on it as it broke the first day. But the watch itself is very nice! And the band was replaced as they are very easy to come by! As always, very happy with the product!

    There were no problems with the watch except the way it was delivered. This was a gift and when the box was delivered I wrapped it. When it was unwrapped we saw that the watch was in a zippy bag and nothing else. Worst packaging I ever saw. I was embarrassed to give a gift like that. Very unprofessional.

    Arrived with 2 massive scratches in the middle of the screen. I tried painstakingly to request Best Buy send me a replacement to no success. It was in fair condition. I called in right away and then they told me to go into the store to try to get this resolved, which did not help. Very disappointed in the service and quality of the product received.

    I traded up from a Series 6 to get this Series 9, and my three-year-older 6 was in so much better shape than this "refurb" watch. There are scratches everywhere. Best Buy customer support is non existent so I guess I'm stuck with a scratched up "new" watch.
