These little monsters turned my Apple-TV-4K video setup into a sonic powerhouse. I’d been wanting to upgrade to Dolby ATMOS since it was rolled out. My first gen. set of these—still connected—work beautifully with this second iteration. Quadrophonic, spatially aware, auto-adjusting, auto-switching heaven. Apple was right in redeploying these; the upward-firing tweeter arrays IMO definitely make a positive difference. Worth the MSRP, and, if you can score an “open box” Best Buy price reduction, then, it’s a double-win.

This homepod is the best thing ever! It’s sounds quality is amazing and and bass is very good. I love the product and use it every day! Very satisfied!

Amazing sound, especially when used with minis and an Apple TV. I control everything from my lights to my thermostat and everything in between.

Set-up was very simple. The sound is quite good for a small speaker, especially the bass. Works great with Apple Home kit.

I have 3 TVs all with Apple TVs and HomePods for audio. I love the way the movies and TV shows sound through the HomePods. I have 4 HomePods and 4 HomePod Minis.

I have two pairs of the minis and they are great, but I just bought a pair of the full size HomePods and they absolutely blow me away! I work from home and listen to music all day with these, and if I could give them a 10 star rating, I would. Don’t waste your time or money on anything else. Apple does it again!

I love my HomePod. We bought 2 and now use them as our speaker system for our TV. It has really taken our home entertainment to the next level as well as being a great convenience with its smart home integration and Apple compatibility.

I got rid of my sound bar and bought two of these instead and wow, what a great move! These sound awesome as an audio system for my Apple TV. I watched one of my shows last night and the sound was unbelievable. I don’t know how these little speakers do it, but characters in the show sounded like they were standing right over me while talking. It’s crazy to hear the surround sound without having another 4 speakers in my living room. I am thoroughly impressed.

I love our Apple Home Pod. It makes life easy. I ask Siri to turn on and off the light in our home, and the set-up was so simple, and I far from being a Tech nerd. Oh I almost forgot the speaker system sounds really good. I can ask Siri almost anything and she will get me the information I asking for she’s really smart.

The speaker itself still sounds amazing for normal music streaming compare to the 1st gen. Especially paired with another HomePod. The seamless cooperation with Apple TV is so convenient to use them as your TV speakers. However, maybe it’s because the new placement I have these in my room, the microphone seems having some trouble picking up my commands sometimes. This never happened on my 1st gen HomePod. Or maybe because less microphones indeed effects their ability to sense voice commands.

It’s sound amazing. I might need another one to create a stereo pair. Surrounding sound, rich bass and crystal clear vocals make them better.

I bought 2 of these. Apple added more features too both the mini Home Pod and the Home Pod 2nd Generation. The new 2nd Generation has the spatial audio. They added Alarms and timers to both models. I highly recommend them both. If you want the spatial audio I recommend you get the 2nd Generation.
