I have been wanting a HomePod since they came out. I finally bought one. This thing is amazing, the sound is real crisp and clear, just the right amount of bass and is room filling. Our neighbors had a little bobcat removing rock from their backyard, I listened to music with this and drowned out every sound being made. Siri works great and much better than the past. I also like this so much better than the Amazon Echo we got with our smart home. Only thing I don’t like, Alarm.com, our alarm system, does not have a patch to operate with Apple HomeKit. So we keep the echo to control some parts of our smart home. Other than that, we are very satisfied with this amazing smart speaker.

Well I’m new to the Apple HomeKit eco system And love that setup literally was as easy as 1,2,3. In comparison to all my other smart home IOT devices using the Amazon Alexa platform I love that with the new home pod mini stores all your personal data and is always stored locally in my home and me having the comfort of Knowing where everything is a never have to call for example Amazon to have them remove my past wifi and security data from my personal data and having to deal with the hassle of when something goes wrong I have to call and be transferred from department to department trying to find the issue and where the money roble is and the HomePod is very user friendly and I highly recommend it if your about your privacy and protect your home and family and loved ones data apple is the way to go a little more expensive but we’ll worth it in the end with all the new features and devices being made with the all new thread technology and much more to come in the near future.

I love the audio, to easy to connect to my Apple Music the sound is excellent. Plus Siri always listening when I ask questions about weather, time or any other questions.

I love these little things! Small and yet powerful. I got 2 to connect to my Apple TV and have a better audio and surround sound for my living room. Definitely worth and they look great!

The Apple HomePod has been around for three years and I finally purchased one 12/3/2020. Typically, I do a fair amount of research before purchasing a new piece of technology and this time was no different. This may be why I was initially impressed with the sound when I setup the HomePod in my office (not a home office). The sound is full with firm deep bass which is often hit and miss in a speaker this size. The thing that intrigued me most was the "smart" functionality and I really wanted to explore more of the Siri ecosystem. Currently, we have Alexa functionality enabled on our SONOS speakers and other IoT devices. However, I want to move to Siri because of all of our other Apple devices (phones, watches, tablets, headphones, earphones, computers, TV), and because of privacy concerns. Apple's privacy policy aligns with my viewpoints and beliefs. Siri may not share many of the capabilities of other "digital assistants" but I knew this and am still willing to make the move. The "Smart" functionality of the HomePod is made this a four star rating rather than three stars. The speaker functionality of the HomePod is where I have issue with all of the reviews I read and watched. I wondered why no one compared the HomePod to a SONOS speaker. They are similar in shape size and functionality (Google and Amazon assistant only) but that's where the similarities end. The sound of the HomePod just doesn't measure up to the $199 SONOS One. I have SONOS throughout my house so I brought the HomePod home for the weekend to do a side by side comparison. I expected more for a $299 speaker from Apple. I am not saying the speaker is worthless. It is very good and certainly an affordable, and very good, option to setting up a complete home theatre system from SONOS when you can setup two HomePods in a stereo pair and make them your default audio source with AppleTV 4k. Perhaps if I didn't have such a substantial investment in SONOS products I would try the home theatre setup. I believe this HomePod will be a permanent addition at my office with the music, news, speaker phone, digital assistant, and privacy functionality. I will also turn off the digital assistant function on my SONOS speakers at home and add HomePod Mini fo the digital assistant function.

As always, love my HomePod minis. Great product at a super price.

purchased the Apple HomePod Mini to replace a Google Home Hub in the kitchen, thinking it would make sense to align with the Apple ecosystem since our household now uses iPhones. While it functions well and has a nice design, it hasn’t seen nearly as much use as the Google Home Hub it replaced. The HomePod Mini responds well to voice commands and plays music with excellent sound quality for its size. However, we rarely think to use it. For quick tasks like setting timers or asking Siri questions, we instinctively turn to our iPhones or Apple Watches instead. At this point, its primary function has been as an audible alert for our doorbell, which is useful but not enough to justify the switch. While it works as advertised and integrates into the Apple ecosystem without issues, it doesn’t feel as central to our daily routine as the Google Home Hub did. Unless we find more ways to make it part of our kitchen workflow, we might end up bringing the Hub back.

It’s awesome if you want a speaker with awesome sound get the Apple home pod. I’ve used it for about a month and I haven’t had trouble with it at all it has so much cool features like checking your room humidity and temperature etc. To be honest I didn’t expect the sound to be that loud I love it and I most definitely recommend if your looking to buy one for an office or bed room.

If you're within the apple eco system already and are in the market for a product of this variety this is your go-to. It delivers BIG sound for such a small device. The integration with Siri is seemless and the set up is so simple. Truly a one of a kind experience.

Great speaker, easy to set up with an iPhone and use in our bedroom with another homepod mini on both of our side nightstands for close up sound with an Apple TV. Paired it with my single Sonos One too

While HomePod Mini can't match the regular HomePod for sound quality especially in the lower registers, it sounds markedly better than Echo Show 5. Additionally, it's easy to hide size makes it a great fit to control my smart home with an inconspicuous device. For those looking at the photo, yes, that is the carpeting in my home theater.

Though small packs a punch, with latest iOS and HomePod OS updates, it detects my iPhone when it’s near and can transfer the music. The sound is really clear, crisp and has good bass. Well integrated into the apple ecosystem. Looks and feels great too!

I absolutely love this device! It is built incredibly well and has amazing sound quality! It also works very good with my HomeKit devices. Highly recommend purchasing if you have a iPhone!

i got this homepod mini open-boxed excellent, and it didnt disappoint me. honestly its amazing i love the sound quality and the loudness that this little might can produce and it is amazing. this is a 100% recommendation as apple is now rolling out their redefined and new siri. i have high expectations for the next gen one if it comes out.

HomePod Mini - Best Sounding?! Dare I say crisp? The HomePod Mini has some of the best sounding audio in a tiny package for $100. It really can’t be beat. Only qualms I had is that you need to have Apple Music and Apple’s line of online services... such as Apple Music, Apple Podcasts, Apple News. You can use Spotify but Apple made it so it’s much more of a hassle to connect. The HomePod Mini isn’t a Bluetooth speaker because it doesn’t use bluetooth. It uses Apple H1 Chip which is like the Bluetooth for only Apple Products. It works really well when connecting to the HomePod. H1 is in the AirPods and that’s why the experience is seamless. Is apple made a soundbar, that would really put them up there with Sony. I make videos. This product is next. Fantastic sound quality. HomePods also function as hubs for Apple Home (HomeKit). I replaced my Google hubs with Apple HomePods and could not be happier. For home automation, HomePods respond almost instantaneously (unlike the Google hubs). They look better, they sound better, and work importantly, they work better with my smart home devices. Great upgrade.
