    I bought this open box in excellent condition which according to the wedsite means everything is included from the original box and it was missing the keyboard and mouse. When i picked up at the westfield Indiana location the manager was rude and said there was nothing they could do and that i got a great deal regardless and can use whatever keyboard and mouse and to contact customer service and they couldnt help me either. They said i could return it and buy it new if i wanted the keyboard and mouse even though it was guaranteed to be included since it was in excellent condition. To me thats false advertising and i do not recommend best buy anymore because they are scamming people.

    Description said it was “open box” and that some items can be missing. All that came with the purchase was the monitor. No wires. No keyboard. No mouse. Not even a box. I got handed a monitor in bubble wrap that i couldnt turn on because it was missing the power cord. I had to purchase everything online theough apple directly after driving for the device about 10 hours.
