I bought my first IPad at Best Buy in 2013. This purchase was the most used purchase ever! Over time with adding more and more onto it I ran out of space. Finally Apple came out with the new IPad in March. I did not want the IPad Pro but just the basic IPad. Upon knowing of the release my first choice of store was to purchase it through Best Buy. Well let me say I love my new IPad! It's very quick, very good battery life and overall so much better than my old IPad Air. I would highly recommend this purchase. The only drawback and this is an Apple issue, they never made a case but rather just a cover. I can however still use my IPad Air Case although not quite compatible but still doable.

Great looking screen, works solid. Got it for my 5 year old. He puts it through the ringer. Good battery life, games fly on it. I know in two years it will be obsolete and Apple will stop “supporting” it but hey for now it works great. Got a case for it also. Kids are rough on electronics.

I had reward points about to expire, (not really a reward if they expire!) and my iPad mini didn't have enough storage for my ever growing music collection. Decided on the larger screen while upgrading, and I'm glad I made that choice. Streaming movies, reading websites, all made much better!

My mother's getting older, but uses her iPad extensively. However, her iPad2 was getting too heavy, and this one reduced the weight considerably. Lighter, faster, more memory and cheaper!

I had the iPad Air first gen. And this was a nice replacement. Faster, and more memory, I like the fact that I can use the same accessories of my iPad Air, since they have the same dimensions, size, width and thickness. I didn't go for the pro because not only the price but I don't need the extra stuff that the pro has. I already had a keyboard and other stuff that I didn't need to re-buy. The price is right for this one. I guest the only difference with the Air 2 is the anti reflecting coating but with a screen protector with anti reflecting took care of that. I do recommend if you looking for latest but cheaper this is the one at least for me.

After 3 years, it was time to upgrade, especially when I heard about the trade in program. Between the trade in value, and finding an open box special, it was a steal! And I was able to upgrade from 32 to 128gb. Performance is so much better and my iPad Air case fit the new ipad!

I love my new iPad! Great memory, fingerprint unlock, takes great pictures, holds a charge longer than my first iPad. Easy to set up, easy to use! I highly recommend!

I had a hard time finding a 128GB 5th generation silver iPad but Best Buy made it easy, they also had the best price from anywhere else I had searched and it arrived before the expected date. It is the perfect size, no issues with the product. Works so perfectly. It was exactly what I was looking for. Best Buy even called me because they thought they charged my card twice and wanted to make sure I was billed correctly and that the product had arrived on time. Great customer service.

I love my new iPad, I upgraded from an iPad 2 so as you can imagine I am quit pleased. Response and ease of app usage is unreal compared to what I was used to. Emails a snap, ordering off line is a breeze. iPad 5 Gen. 128 GB also gives me plenty of room for whatever I need.

My Daughter and several of my Granddaughters have older IPads and have loved them, I have always been Windows or Android for tablet's. computers or phones. Best Buy had a great sale on these and so I finally took the plunge. It's bigger than my Nexus 7 and is on par with my Asus T100 windows tablet/notebook. At 128 GB for $399 I figure it was a bargain. I have not been disappointed it works flawlessly and now I have finally after all these years gotten an Apple product. There is a little learning curve but it works great and am not disappointed. Bought one for me and one for my wife. At that price I figure I couldn't go wrong.

Looked at i-pad in store & really liked it. Went home & looked it up online and saw it was a special sale at almost $100 off the store price. had to get it and update my older i-pad. Traded in my old one which helped pay for the new Otter Defender cover. Great Buy !!!!!

I bought this iPad as gift for my wife and she loves it. She has used it to make a video for a children’s presentation for church. She hasn’t put it down as of yet. She loves it better than her two previous iPads. Great purchase and I won points with the Mrs.

This is a great product with plenty of memory for games, books etc. It's easy to use, light weight and a nice size screen. I recommend this product highly.

Got this ipad for surfing the web, watching HBO Go/Netflix, reading ebooks, etc. The processor appears to be more than capable. Battery charge also seems to hold up well. Overall, no regrets. I'd recommend getting a case to protect the ipad.

Bought it for mostly recreational use, and a little bit of business. I debated getting the iPad Pro because I Was going to respond to a lot of emails with this device and wanted the apple keyboard, but decided it wasn’t worth it and got a 3rd party keyboard. The battery last nearly 4 hours longer than my old iPad is so much smaller and lighter. The multi tasking is so much better too, now that I’m able to have two apps open at the same time and work on them both simultaneously I get a lot more done!

I upgraded from an iPad mini 2 to this new iPad because I needed more space and wanted a bigger screen. The first thing I learned from this new iPad is that my mini was quite slow. This iPad is lightning fast, the display is crystal clear, and the extra storage space is fabulous. I got the 128GB version. The increase in screen size is wonderful. I had the mini so that I could carry it around in my purse, and was afraid that I was going to lose that with this iPad. However it is still thin and reasonably light, so it still goes in my large purse on occassion.

I was on the fence if I should upgrade to this model or a Pro. After weeks of research / testing different models I determined for my use (web browsing) this model is perfect. Substantially faster than my iPad Air 1 with double the storage!

I researched for several months before I purchased the Apple IPad with 128GB. My 2nd generation IPad was still working however it was time to upgrade. I am so glad I treated myself to an early Christmas present. The price was unbelievable!

I love, love, love my iPad 9.7!! This is my first iPad. I looked to buy either this 9.7 or the 10.5 Pro. Decided I did not need the pen (have one on work Surface Pro and don’t use it much). Another perk of the Pro was that you could connect a keyboard, but decided I could do without that. The 9.7 was on sale and saved me a few hundred dollars! It does everything I need it to do for much less, And I bought the Logitech Slim Folio with it. It was also on sale for $49.99, Works like a dream! I am typing my review using it!

Even though this is one of the less expensive models, I'm quite happy with it's performance. It's quick, great resolution, and it's size is perfect for pics and even watching movies. I highly recommend it over it's larger brother.
