I have an iPad Pro 12.9 for art work. Love it. But I have been routinely using a 1st gen mini for email, research, etc. it is now too old for updates. And it repeatedly crashed. So I needed a replacement & opted for the new iPad 9.7 128GB. I've only had it for about 24 hours. It performs as advertised.Typical Apple excellence. The Apple rep in the EVANSVILLE store (tall blond headed guy. Knowledgeable & not at all pushy) was very helpful, as he was when I bought the Pro. He is a real asset. For the store & for the consumer. I had to go to Amazon for a first class cover. In my opinion, Apple accessories are too expensive. The EVANSVILLE Best Buy ( Burkhardt Road) Store is a great place to shop. Our only bad experience was with a Samsung dishwasher that leaked. We will never again buy a Samsung kitchen appliance.

I bought this iPad for work...( I use tablets and other tech to enhance therapy with my pre-k Special ed kiddos and needed to replace using my beloved Samsung Galaxy note 2014 ed. ) I was VERY glad to see an ipad come out with this price point.. i went with the 128gb model since there aren't any sd cards around (boo..apple) I am a new ipad user.. so this tablet is great for me. In comparison to the pro models... you can tell where apple cut costs.. The screen isn't as vibrant as the pro models (or my samsung) . You can also tell that there is a space in between the display and where your finger meets the screen... so it makes a lil more noise when tapping the screen. Apparently, this device is a smidge heavier than the pro model. You also can't use the apple pencil with this one. BUT... I dont need all those things. the tablet keeps up nicely to any app i've used so far and i can connect it without trouble to apple tvs that i have in my classrooms. I don't use it to watch movies/media but i could, the picture and sound are pretty good. The kids can't tell the difference of the screen, they are just happy they get to "play" on the ipad. So for me and what i need it for, it is GREAT. HOWEVER! If i wanted to just buy an ipad for myself.. i would probably spend and go for the pro model because i usually watch a lot of movies on my personal tablet. OR If you came from an ipad air 2 or something this would not be an upgrade for you. I would suggest going to a store and seeing it in person and deciding for yourself.

its fast and works well. My first apple product and I am impressed the way it can handle so many applications together. It is priced well. I am happy with my purchase.

The new apple tablets are so sleek in design and function so well. Speed is never an issue and it has enough memory for my need would definitely recommend to a friend.

Upgrade from a 32gb iPad mini that I've had for the last 4 years. Glad I did it. More memory, larger screen. 12 months interest free on a BB credit card. A no brainer.

love my new ipad. easy to use, light weight and works great. newer model is a bit thinner and lighter but also quite a bit more expensive. very pleased with this one.

I am very pleased with the iPad I recently purchased. It's performance and reliability are great .This is the 4th one I have purchased over the years. My wife and daughters also use iPad's and are very happy with them. Although, I am an Android phone user, I enjoy the best of both worlds by having an iPad. The 128 GB of storage is right on for my needs. Battery life is great, along with screen resolution.

Excellent performance, great screen - I picked up the 128gb version for $350 during a sale day. Can’t think of another tablet near that price that could compete.

This iPad is a great tool! The set up process is very easy and straightforward. Great camera, great resolution and easy to use! I would recommend this product.

This iPad works amazing. Much faster than my older model. Very happy with my purchase. It is also so much easier to get all my Apple products from Best Buy.

A great iPad (at a good price) with lots of memory for the basic user who wants to surf the web, use social media services, listen to music and watch movies.

After careful consideration, and thorough online research I went to Best Buy and got my first iPad. I got it mainly as entertainment when I travel and so far I love it. Lots of memory to install plenty of apps, videos are crystal clear and it works fast even when I have multiple devices connected to the same wifi network. I highly recommend it. Don't buy the mini, buy this one instead.

Very pleased with Ipad-with the 128 memory-- Its really speedy.Had a 16GB Mini B4--World of difference in Performance.Glad the Mini had seen its time.

The new ipad is a great improvement with the faster processor and additional memory. Made the move from a mini so the screen size is perfect for me!

Don't be fooled, this is not a "budget" Ipad. Bought this to replace my aging Ipad Air 2. Battery life was never spectacular with my Air 2. I get way more battery life out of this Ipad. Yes, a little thicker; yes a little heavier--I hardly notice. I have no complaints about the quality of the screen, or the thickness. The lower price and twice the memory more than make up for it.

Much faster than my old iPad 2. This new one also has twice the memory of my old one. I also bough5 the iPad cover with the keyboard which is nice.

This is a update and replacement to my iPad mini. Love the larger screen. Takes good pictures. Will take on my upcoming trip to Disney World.

Faster, better camera longer battery life. Slimmer and easy to handle.

It was on sale so I got it and I love how easy it is to do everything. Great picture quality and simple to use. It’s big, but not too big.
