Upgrade from an older iPad. Love this one, its lightweight and fast. Service was excellent, shopping at Best Buy makes everything easy. Best customer service.

Have been looking for an I-pad for some time. I like the size and ease of use. Would recommend. Looking forward to learning more about what this tablet will do.

Went into the store and spoke with the Apple rep. I have never had an Ipad before and just looking for something to take when I travel so I can leave my laptop at home. We looked at all the models and he explained them in detail. Once I decided on a model he mentioned that they had a deal going for an online purchase only "flash sale" and the price was better than any Black Friday deal he had seen. So I went home and purchased online. I had it in my hands within 2 days! Great service and I love the Ipad. Easy getting it set up and linked to my phone. No issues!

I absolutely love my new iPad!! It's super fast, has a beautiful display, and lots of memory for educational apps and documents. And I got it for a great deal!!

Great for reading and viewing video. Good size for both while still remaining portable. Very fast with 128 GB. Nice piece of equipment. My first iPad.

New iPad is worth the investment just wish I did not have to have a six digit uloxk code. Wish you could choose if you only wanted 4 digit code like my old ipad

With 128 GB, this IPad is a hoss and is also lightweight. If you are wanting a pad, this is a top contender.

What to say about iPad? If you have one you know how great device it is, if not you definitely should get one. Amazing picture even better battery life

Easy to learn, quick and responsive and a wealth of apps to do just about anything. Not a good choice as a primary work device but excellent for leisure use.

Our 10 year old required a tablet to use at school. We chose this as it was the newest with hope that we won't have to purchase another for a few years. It operates like your standard iPad, so no issues there. The MAJOR problem is finding a protective case with keyboard to fit it. Apple's Smart cover isn't protective and doesn't have an attached keyboard. Annoyingly, it doesn't really have a standard iPad name... "iPad issued in 2017" wasn't usually listed on cases in stores. When we purchased the iPad we also purchased a Zagg case w/keyboard recommended by Best Buy employee. It didn't fit. I even came back to have the employee try to insert the tablet. So that got returned. Best Buy didn't have other options in store so went to another retailer and bought a Logitech. Didn't fit. Then went to a third retailer and bought a Targus. The employee got it in there, but the edges started snapping and within 6 weeks it broke apart. So we bought a separate case and keyboard from a 4th (online) retailer, which now requires a 'carry bag' to hold case and keyboard together. Who knows how long that case will even work. NOT convenient. Freaking annoying, really. Wish we would have purchased a different tablet.

It's an iPad, so I don't feel there is a lot I can say that most people wouldn't already know. Apple products are solid, and this was an upgrade for me from a mini. This is my favorite gadget that I have right now, but primarily that's because I can use it for both entertainment and productivity. I use a Logitec keyboard to get real business done, and it streams videos, music, etc. great! The only drawback is you can't use the iPad Pro pen with this device, but this device also costs about $200 less, and since I personally would not use the pen a lot, this iPad is the winner.

I bought this iPad expecting it to be big and heavy, to my surprise it was very slim and not too heavy. It's great to connect with a keyboard and do work.

I had an original iPad, replaced it with this one and the difference is night and day! Crisp, clear, bright, fast and light! Excellent price and experience!

Needed an upgraded iPad as my old one was running very slow & kept shutting down. Very pleased with the new iPad as it has more memory & runs very quickly.

As usual the ipad is a great product, faster thinner and at an incredibly reasonable price. The camera is better and some of the new ios features work well.

This is a replacement iPad for an older iPad2. This is everything I would expect from Apple. This has a good battery life and fast compared to what I had.

This new iPad is so much improved, faster and sharper, brighter colors! Another great feature, the camera takes better pictures! Apple has not let me down.
