When I finally, reluctantly admitted that it was time to replace my iPad mini I went straight to Best Buy to check out my options. The transition was seamless, as always, and I have been happily productive on the new device ever since.

For me this is the perfect size tablet. It's light weight is a plus. The color gold was one of the selling points for me. The price was right also.

Love my new tablet. Speed is excellent. Was really easy to setup. Find it to be a little heavier as it is a much larger screen. Great for gaming.

This replaces my wife's first iPad which is 5 years old. She is very pleased with the sharper resolution, faster speeds and thinner lighter shape.

I purchased this I-pad to replace my son’s I-pad mini. It was 4 years old and was very slow and never seemed to have enough memory. My son is 7 and with school now days this I-pad is almost imperative for his school work. As I stated before I purchased it to replace his iPad mini which was 4 years old because it was so slow and made homework frustrating for all parties. Now homework is completed much quicker and with less frustration for all. The color/graphics on this iPad are amazing. I would definitely recommend this to anyone

The reviews I read after purchase indicate that if you've used an iPad Air 2 or iPad Pro that the screen is a huge step back. Well, I guess ignorance is bliss. I'm coming from an iPad 2 and iPad mini 2 and I couldn't be happier with the upgrade. For less than the price of an entry-level iPad Pro I got the top storage tier and have plenty of space for my offline media (air travel is a core scenario). The UI is smooth and Touch ID works pretty well (though not as well as the iPhone 7). It's a great upgrade for anyone using an older generation iPad.

Miss my mini but having an iPad is easier than the iPhone sometimes. Bigger screen obviously and gaming is more fun. Easier to edit docs as well.

This iPad, paired with IOS 11 is a great multitasking tool. They new keyboard makes typing simpler by not having to shift from numbers to letters, and the universal clipboard makes copying from one device to paste on another a snap.

Bought these for work, and they work great with what we need. Light for field guys to use. Camera is great for pictures. Would recommend.

The model is worth the price given the memory. I hope that with technological advances, it will become less expensive.

We needed an iPad for a new school program that uses it as the student's primary tool. Bey fast processor, long battery and nice form factor.

If you don't need the improvements and size of an iPad pro but want to upgrade to a lighter one than this is for you.

What's not to like. It has touch ID, universal clipboard, a great new control center, and a much better keyboard. Enhanced productivity with my MACbook Pro with OS Sierra, especially when paired with a Devicewear rotating jacket..

Love the new brillient. Colors and clarity on the screen. And it's just as easy to use as my old iPad. I'm very glad to have this new iPad

My wife has always wanted a tablet, I needed one for work. We both love it! Connects seamlessly between phone and computer. Streams all the Netflix she can handle and makes ordering things easier than the phone. Would Recommend!

I bought the ipad to replace my Samsung Tab S that recently started rebooting as I was playing games and using apps. Found I needed a new motherboard to correct the issue which was not cost effective. I have several friends with ipads and they have not experienced any issue with their tablets so I thought I'd give the ipad a try. The 5th gen ipad was very reasonably priced. The display is very clear and colors are bright. After watching some tutorials, find the ipad is very easy to use. Very satisfied with my purchase.

I use my iPad for recording music, and the 128 GB is essential for music Production. Keeps up with all of the current music apps.

I absolutely adore this new iPad with its larger screen and memory I can download all of my favorite apps and use it for both work and play!
