Super easy to use. Easy to set up. Love the weight. The new pen is great and adjusts to the weight of your pressure touch. Huge fan of this thing. Crystal clear screen. Smudges easy tho.

I picked this up on sale for about $250. I could not notice any significant difference than the pro. I wish it had more storage, or a removable option but that's apple being stupid. Storage has not yet been a problem, and performance is much greater than my droid tablets (nexus 9). iTunes still sux.

This iPad was a replacement for the original one I bought for my wife about 5 years ago. The older one was still working but I had underestimated the memory she would need. This surprised me, since, before this she hated using computers. I’m assuming that 32G will be enough since i’m using well under half that memory on my 64G iPad Air2. Anyway, she loves it, especially liking its’ light weight compared with her old one. it’s faster than her old iPad, and should be a little faster than the iPad Air2, but the speed difference there is not noticeable. All in all, it was a great birthday present. Now to clean up her old iPad to use as a recipe server in the kitchen.

I had one of the 1st iPads and it was slowly dying. I looked at some of the other tablets but kept coming back to the iPad. I served my needs well and it would be easy to transfer my apps. After checking prices, Best Buy was in the top 3 on best price but their service and knowledge sealed the deal

Works great at the best price around...The ipad air is perfect! It's paper thin and light-weight, lightening fast, easy to use and navigate, has a super sharp screen image, wi-fi works great.

The new ipad is like the old ipad, only lighter, brighter and with a crisper overall image. I also like that it is narrower so i can palm it with one hand.

This is my third IPad and I can say it is the best so far. Apple has a way to make the operating system easy to use and I like the ergonomics of this machine. The iPad is lightweight, has an easy to use keyboard and is adaptive to any situation. Being a Black Friday special didn't hurt either.

This is our 3rd Ipad we have purchased. We have the original Ipad and now our 2 children have their own ipad air. It is super easy for them to use and I love that I can block adult content and set restrictions and timers on them.

Thought about getting the more expensive iPad Pro but this one is perfect for surfing, emails, videos. Glad I did not waste money on features I don't need but I do have a PC for storing my photos so choose 32g. I also bought iPad 2017 for my mother but with 128g storage because she has no PC.

My previous refurbed model died, so I needed to update. The new iPad is faster and has some really great built in programs. One app I really enjoy is Garage Band. The staff at the Rochester location was excellent and very helpful. Once again, Best Buy does it again! Thanks for great service.

Added to the family of Apple devices in our home. They never disappoint. Beautiful screen, great speed, easy set-up. Purchased during a great Best Buy sale brought additional value.

I was upgrading from the 2nd generation iPad2 since that one became unusable after the Apple iOS updates slowed it to a crawl. This new one does the job. Unless you are using it as your primary computing device or heavy gaming I see no reason to spend hundreds more for the “pro” version.

This is my second iPad and I’m totally thrilled with the design and performance. It’s light, easy to handle, and has so many more features. I’m thoroughly pleased with my purchase.

My wife and I are both iPhone users. I also own an iPad mini. After using my mini a few times, my wife really started to enjoy it. So, I decided to purchase her the latest version of the iPad for Christmas. This was a great purchase for a great product. Thanks Apple and thanks Best Buy.

This iPad is much faster than the older models I have (iPad 1 and 2), has more storage and exceptional display. Plus it costs much less than the earlier models. I'm quite happy with it.

Needed a manual for a training class that was going to cost as much to print as the tablet was going to cost. And my iPhone was not going to do the job. Completely happy with this tablet, manual files downloaded super easy, and were easily accessible and useable offline within minutes.

It was rumoured for months, and then Apple announced it: a new 9.7in iPad to replace the iPad Air 2. We can understand why it’s not called the Air 3 as it’s not an upgrade in every area. In fact, in some respects it’s a step down from the Air 2 but the price helps to make up for this.

I have had my iPad for over 4 years with no problems. So I am happy to get this for my wife and it comes with more memory so that will be great. I was tired of her squinting at her phone so I think she will really like it.

Like my new Latest Model iPad, upgraded from Air 2 . It is fast and the pictures are clear. The device is light and the battery life is great. Price was great, Thanks Best Buy.

My last iPad was purchased in 2011 so I figured it was time for an update, got this one and it is super fast. I went with the regular iPad instead of the pro because I personally did not need all of the bells and whistles.
