Great Ipad

Just In Time
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve always wanted an iPad, but they were too expensive. I ended up getting a Kindle HDX a few yrs ago. Wasn’t an iPad, but got the work done. Well that Kindle is getting old and slowing down. Just in time to see Best Buy was having a great sale on the latest iPads, for the Xmas season. I couldn’t let the deal slip by. So I went ahead and got myself this iPad for Xmas. Best thing I could have done. It’s a major upgrade from the Kindle. Faster processor, and obviously more features. The only downside is I do notice the resolution of the screen...Dare I say is better on the kindle. The iPad is not as slick. But over all still good. But this is why I didn’t give it the full 5 stars. Still worth the buy though. I definitely don’t regret it :)

Great Product but had setup issues

The new Ipad wouldn't allow us to proceed without entering a passcode which we never provided or established. Tech support was fantastic and we were very impressed by the patience and professionalism she exhibited.
