I love my iPad I've had for several years so much I got this one for my mom. She loves it much more than her Kindle and is really good with it. (She's not tech savvy at all.) She thinks it's much easier to use than her Kindle. Definitely recommend this as a great computer alternative for the grandparents. (Plus Facetime with the grandkids from far away makes them happy too.)

It is used daily and couldn't ask for a better product

My first iPad. I've had quite a few tablets, all of which were good, but the iPad display and touch screen are really exceptional. This item was on sale, but the Best Buy associate price matched it at even a lower advertised price! The initial iOS upgrade almost killed the battery, but after a full charge and a reset, the device works flawlessly, with long battery life.

I was using a very slow 1st gen MS Surface and felt it was time to upgrade. After trying a few tablets around Bestbuy I felt that the iPad had better resolution and was faster than others I tried. I've been using it for a month now and love it. It connected to our home network with ease and no problem connecting it to our network printer via Air Print,. Highly recommend it.

iPad works great, I think this is actually the iPad Air 2, just renamed. It does everything you'd want from a tablet. Great option if your looking for entertainment for the kids on a long trip and iPad has apps with characters they know and love. Android tablets have knock off versions of most games. Make sure to pick up a Otterbox defender case to protect your investment!

I purchased this iPad as a Christmas present for my granddaughter. I am on my second Apple iPad myself and I do everything on it that I would do on a laptop. My granddaughter has used mine before and loved it but she wanted her own. This product was a special price for Christmas and I feel like I got a really good deal. Anyone who buys this iPad will be very happy with it.

So before buying my iPad, I did a lot of research of which type I was going to get and stuff and this literally was exactly what I wanted in an iPad.

I had problems finding a case for it. Ipad was very light and performed well.

got this for my daughter cause she was interested in drawing....w the Apple Pencil this thing is amazing....but you will pay premium price for tablet

At first I was stunned by how backwards it felt - heavier than my Air 2, heavier than my Pro, missing the laminated screen, previous-generation camera, etc.. but with a bumped up processor compared to the Air 2. I noticed the differences immediately, but any reasonable person who isn't obsessed with Apple and the different features and specs that each product has relative to the others will certainly not notice. It works great, its snappy, and it's exactly what you'd expect an iPad to be. For someone who doesn't need a Pro, this is the way to go. Docked one point because I really do dislike how thick/heavy it is, and how cases now have to be made specifically for this one. At the end of the day, I returned it and stuck with the Air 2 and Pro.

It's excellent, no problem downloading apps. You get Anti-virus with purchase. Also, Geeksquad is there to help you to start using it if you need it.
