I was still using an iPhone 5, and this upgrade was everything I expected it to be. I am very happy with my purchase.

This iPad is great. I can carry it right in my purse do to the light weight of it. It’s got all the bells and whistles I needed.

Great size for me and does everything I want it to. I didn't need all the photo editing and design options of the pro version and this one was a bit cheaper. Only thing that was a bit annoying was the lack of cases available due to the newness of the product.

I bought this new generation iPad 2017 to replace my older iPad 3. I really like how much faster it is than the 3. It weighs a lot less, too, so its much easier work with. My iPad 3 was Wi-Fi only, but this new one is cellular, as well. It is wonderful not to have to use a public wireless connection, or even turn on my iPhone's hotspot to be connected when I'm away from my trusted Wi-Fi networks. This makes it much more useful at work since I can take it into the field with me, and do reports, and sync them while I'm there on the jobsites. Additionally, the monthly installment payments, and AT&T's monthly access charge is very reasonable, and affordable. I guess my only grumble is that there aren't too many cases/covers available yet.

This iPad is perfect for my needs. I had to purchase this model because I get my internet through my cellular service and not all models (unfortunately, the cheaper ones) work with cellular. Having said that, and changing to a provider with better service than I had before, the iPad is great - easy to take places easy to use, no problems of any sort. Would have been 5 stars if it would have been cheaper!

After my laptop crapped out on me, I was left with the conclusion that I generally didn't need much more computing power for my day to day needs than my phone, but I would prefer a larger screen to do it on. So I went to go price an iPad. It is what I would expect from Apple, simple to pick up with lots of bells and whistles if you look into it. It made me actually start to redeem the digital copies I've gathered over the years from DVDs and Blu-Rays since I essentially have a tiny internet connected HD TV that I can carry around with me. A little pricey, but they split it up into monthly bills through my cell phone carrier so it's pretty manageable overall.

Great screen. Fadt and responsive. Not too heavy. Could use better speakers.

Have been a fan of Apple products for years! This is an upgrade from the iPad Air (1st gen) and definitely notice an improvement. Faster speed loading pages, etc. Great purchase!

We actually purchased 2 of these iPads. We absolutely love them. One was to replace a nook hd and one to replace a iPad 3rd gen. The battery lasts longer than on my old iPad. I like the size better also. This as a great iPad at a great price. We use our iPads for note taking at work, reading, surfing the internet, games, recipes and many more uses. I would definitely recommend this to anyone

Initially I wanted the 12.9 but after searching high and low and not locating one I decided that this one would work. It gets the job done for what I needed it. This will not replace your need for a computer no matter what you have heard, unless you only use a computer to play games and download apps. You can complete simple tasks which is a bonus but it will not replace a computer.

While I am not the biggest fan of apple products, I must admit they make a good product. The new Ipad with it's 9.7 inch screen and Wi-Fi plus cellular is very flexible. I mostly use my IPad for entertainment purposes. So far it works flawlessly. I have yet to do more serious work on it but it seems like it would be up to the challenge. The only issue I have so far is being an android/pc user most of my life some of the functions are counter intuitive to what I know. But it's just a learning curve to a new product, not something wrong with the ipad.

I basically had an original I pad and the new version is great. Watching TV shows is easy and convenient with no buffering issues.

I replaced my old iPad with the 9.7 with cellular. It is the perfect size for reading and web surfing.

Light weight easy to use good picture and holds charge.

The new iPad is everything you think it should be. Super thin, fast and has everything you want it to. One caution, if you need the GPS feature, make sure you buy WiFi + Cellular. Initially bought the WiFi only and had to return it when I found out you have to have cellular to have the GPS function.

I have upgraded to the new Apple iPad and it’s amazing. Highly recommended

Took advantage of the offer to buy a new iPad when I bought my iPhone. Couldn't believe it was the latest model!! We already had an iPad but it was old and cranky. This is a dream!! It's fast, has wifi and data so we can take it on trips with us!! We'd had an offer earlier to get an iPad but declined - SOOO THANKFUL we didn't pass it up this time. Setting it up was a breeze and we we're off and running. I LOVE IT!!!
