This is my third I-Pad and the only surprise so far is that it now requires a six digit pin. Everything else is the same old Apple. It is not cheap but it usually works, so I'm willing to pay the extra cost.

It is a great product. Unfortunately, I had to return the first one due to a bad SIM card. Spent many frustrating hours at Best Buy trying to get it resolved. Don't think I will go back to Best Buy for a long time!

Got my wife a new iPad for Christmas as the one she had was 5 years old. It was a nice upgrade. All info and settings were easy to upload to the cloud and back to the new iPad. Would recommend this product.

Purchased this ipad for my 11 year old. Originally planed to purchase an iPad mini 4 but they were unavailable. Great ipad, fast my son loves it.

This iPad replaced my original iPad Mini from a few years ago. The processor is much more powerful and apps load and update very quickly. Connection to the Verizon network is flawless.

Easier to read my email on iPad. Decreasing visual ability makes iPhone use difficult. Enjoy ease of use for reading news articles and seeing contact list,etc. on my iPad.

This iPad was bought as a replacement for our 4th gen model. It's lighter weight, smaller case, and works like a charm. This new version loads quickly and is a delight to use

I liked the speed of this iPad but it felt soo cheap that I thought I might break it. The home button seemed very fragile and just not for me. I recommend getting the newer iPads for sure. Especially now that you can use the pencil with the latest models.

I like the iPad because it is easier to take places. It can go easily in my purse. It is easy to use and navigate through. I had one before and decided to upgrade mine.

I purchased the iPad for my 10 year old son for Christmas. He absolutely loves it. The screen is just the right size & he was able to sync with his iPod.

This I pad is just the right size... bigger than the mini and smaller than the Pro..9.75 screen is perfect to take anywhere.. Love all things Apple

Very helpful at Best Buy I also got a brand new phone love them both love the iPad more because it’s bigger than a nice case for it and sits up really well when you’re laying in bed and I love the finger recognition so you’re not always punching in a number of the house overall wonderful product

This iPad is so convenient and easy to use. It has enough memory for the apps that I use and a lot of pictures.

The only problem I had was not able to download from the iCloud because of some glitch and had to download everything separately.
