This was a teen gift so I also purchased the extended warranty. Not sure if product or ‘user’ issue but either way, I couldn't have asked for better service in resolving the issue. Apple is a great product and stands behind it. No middle man to go thru or intercede, prompt, courteous and value their customers satisfaction. Have purchased many apple products including, 4 of these and will continue to do so. No disappointment here!

Replaced my old ipad air, didnt go with the pencil one, but this one suits my needs. Old one stopped charging. Of course after I bought the new one, it started working again. Life span...3 to 5 years. Maybe longer. Plenty of space.

I had a Kindle which was nice but this tablet has a larger screen and more features. More memory also.

easy to set up, easy to use right out of the box. Set up is even easier now if you have another apple device. The setup prompt me to grab an apple device logged into my account already. From there I entered my passcode on my phone, before I knew it the iPad was asking if I wanted all my apps brought over, or if I wanted to start fresh. They took what I thought was already a pretty easy process thanks to iCloud, and made it even more user friendly.

My son loves his new iPad. The perfect gift! Easy to use and loads of fun. Quality is phenomenal.

This was a replacement for an original iPad Air. You can tell how much it has improved in the four years since we got the other one. Having started with two original iPads (now have two current models), it’s hard to imagine not having one. We rarely have to use either our Mac or PC laptop with the power and versatility of an iPad. Even better was getting the new one on sale.
