This is my 1st iPad and I'm genuinely happy with it. I bought this when my Surface Pro 3 died and I found out I could not download netflix on MacBook Pro (stream only). I travel and bandwidth in other countries is not as affordable so it's better to download as it uses less data. That being said, It handles all my tablet needs and then some. Also, you can play PUBG with no issues...unlike my MacBook Pro

I like the iPad with the a10 processor since emails are handled extremely fast. Nice screen also.

I had a lot of difficulty with the Apple system ie signing on ,this IPAD replaced my mini Ipad primarily because it was on sale and I got a fair price on my trade in but I had a lot of trouble with Apple signing on I can't blame the Ipad I blame the Apple company for too many hoops to jump through in order to use their product. I had to go to the local Apple store twice in order to get it working.

Updating was a breeze and screen quality is fantastic. Much faster than previous version.

I bought this for my wife a few months ago and she LOVES IT. She uses it every day as her primary internet and information tool. It gets a lot of wear and tear and it's still 'like new'. It just works. She doesn't use a lot of apps, but when we get ready to travel, she downloads a lot of them from the app store knowing they're safe and free of malware. I'll buy another one to replace my daughter's older model.

iPad was purchased to assist my wife in doing less on her pc and more on a smaller portable device with comparable features. She being a non-tech person, using the iPad will be somewhat of a learning experience but hopefully help in being more productive doing internet activities. Only downside to the purchase was that the iPad was at iOS11 and a lot of work had to be done to bring it up to current levels.
