Good Apple product

I bought the warranty but what Best Buy fails to tell you is they don't service them. You have to go to an Apple store to get it fixed. If you have experienced an Apple store, the wait is worse than a Doctor's office. We signed in for an appointment and had to wait 4 hours before actually getting to the genius bar for service. I will buy direct from Apple next time as Best Buy is not very forthcoming with what they service versus what they sell. Overall happy with the iPad, just not a fan of Best Buy and their policies.

Satisfied as always with Apple product

I wish I had waited a little long to get the version with the pen but it obviously would have cost a lot more so I’m satisfied. The 128 gb does fill up quickly if you’re into photos but again, at this price I really can’t complain.
