Love this iPad! Easy to use and very fast. Nice clear screen and so many apps to pick from. I use this iPad for everything- reading e-books, downloading recipes, checking current news/weather, etc. was able to trade in my old iPad so the price was great. I really enjoy everything about this i-Pad.

Love the Apple eco system. Got this to replace my iPad air which was starting to show it's age. This is so much better. Faster processing and more RAM makes this new one feel so much smoother and faster. Can now multitask and use Apple own. Hope this one lasts 5 years like my old one.

Best value iPad when I got it. The 7th gen iPad with the 10.2 inch display is a better value now though. It handles everything reasonably well that iOS has to offer. It works great with the 1st gen Apple pencil. It has amazing battery life. I wish it had the form factor and USB type C like the Pro model but I definitely don't see the need to upgrade to a Pro model considering the price difference. It still performs all the same functions of the iPad pro and I don't need to upgrade considering my use case.

Honestly this is the best value in Apple's lineup. A great screen with great battery life and the pencil works really well (you have to buy it separately of course, but still). Really a high-quality device that, if my previous iPad is indication, should last for many years.

Coming from the ipad air 16gb, this tablet is an upgrade overall. You get double the space. Lower price than the previous generations. Newer specifications that increase performance. Apple pencil is supported with this model. Get it if you are looking for the next gen ipad upgrade.

Before this iPad, I had the mini 4. Which was a great iPad too however that one was definitely showing the age of the processor in daily use. I decided to purchase this one on the $249.99 sale and it was probably my best apple product purchase. I choose this iPad because of the draw capabilities and the larger screen. One complaint for many people was the gap between the digitizer and actual glass. To be honest, it’s not that noticeable. You would really have to stare at the corner, so don’t let that issue sway you away. However my issue, thus giving 4 stars, is the fact that when you tap on the screen there’s a hollow tapping noise, if that makes sense. Every time you start typing you near the echo of you tapping. This is very evident when using the Apple Pencil. However the speed of this iPad, size, and function of this iPad cover up that issue. It’s great for note typing, drawing, exploring apps and websites, playing media. This is honestly the iPad for most people. You do not need an $800 iPad Pro to do these things and if you do professional things, would you actually use a tablet for it? I got a used Apple Pencil and this iPad and I was under the original price of this iPad, which is a steal. I highly recommend it even though it’s not the corner to corner screen and it uses the 1st gen Apple Pencil.

Went to Best Buy to get a replacement mini iPad for my wife. After talking to the Apple rep, we decided to purchase the new iPad instead of buying another mini IPad. My wife loves the larger screen and higher resolution. It is so much lighter and faster than her original iPad.

Bought this to replace my wife's iPad 2 which would barley run any of her favorite apps. This one is very similar in size and portability, but way faster. Only odd thing is Apple removed the little slider switch to silent the ring so now have to do that in the menu.

This iPad doesn't disappoint. It is sleek, fast, and well-performing with a long battery life. I have been a longtime iPad owner and have had three generations of iPads. I am very happy with the features and function of this iPad.

I love that there are now basically 2 levels of IPads. The Pro has brought the price of this down, while adding storage which was a huge issue in the base model of previous Ipads. Switching to this one from an older Air has been seemless for the most part. If you really want to utilize your IPad for pictures, documents, emails, and still have room for different apps, you can finally do so with the 32 gb base model. And of course, this pairs with the iPencil, which has been a fun addition, though not necessary by any means. This is a superb product, especially for the money, and often your lucky enough to catch these on sale. Protect it with a glass sheet cover, and a case and you’re set! Love this Ipad!

I am going from an iPad air to the new iPad. The upgrade was noticeable as the screen looks much more crisp and the processor is very snappy. Plus, the price was very reasonable when compared to the cost of an iPad in the past. I couldn’t be happier!

I enjoy using this new technology and learning everything about it that I can. The ease of reading on such a large surface is great and there's no eye strain at all. I've gone to my first class at the Apple Store in May fair Mail, Milwaukee, and reviewed using the Basic 101 learning program, but I'll need to go back for more advanced learning sessions. I've had Office 365 downloaded, but haven't used it yet because I need to buy the Apple part that will allow me to use a USB for downloading and uploading documents to and from the IPAD device. Overall I'm satisfied with what I've learned thus far, but there's oh so much more to learn and discovery about this IPAD I've purchased. Having a great time learning and discovering!

Much faster than my old IPad and the camera is a great improvement over my second generation iPad. Very easy to use and set up. BestBuy was very helpful in taking all my data off my old iPad and transferring it to my new one. Glad I finally updated to the new iPad.

This is my first iPad. I have had iPhones for several years so I knew what to expect and I am not disappointed. The iPad is just as quick and responsive as my iPhone and most importantly just as reliable. When I open the case it comes right on and is ready to go. I have had low end android tablets in the past from Samsung and others and even if I was just trying to read a book I often would have to restart the tablet to be able to do anything because it was bogged down. That is never a problem with this iPad. When I want to read I can read. No waiting. I am a light user and mostly use the iPad for reading books and news with the occasional web/email/Netflix so I can’t speak to the hardware performance in demanding situations but for what I use it for it is more than powerful enough and one charge lasts me 5-7 days. Very pleased so far.

Great product I had a small laptop decided to make a change and get this iPad for work purpose works fast supper easy to use very slim color is great apple is very modern and up to date w/there products found just what I needed for a crazy price!

For families with apple ecosystem, this iPad is a great cost effective option compared to iPad Pro. It is fairly light compared to my original iPad air and snappy with everything. Applications load fast. The display is brighter and sharper as well

I bought the iPad on a Friday sale. It has the latest OS and a retina display. It is faster than the earlier iPads and has a base 32GB storage. It does not come with the pencil that allows you to draw and print on the screen. The battery life is longer.

At first I was debating on buying this new iPad or the 10.5" iPad Pro. I watched a lot of reviews on YouTube, and read a lot of reviews on the internet. I reviewed each, and I compared them. I realized if I get an iPad Pro today it will be old and a new one will be out soon. This new iPad just came out, it has a great price tag, and the main reason why I wanted it is for the Apple Pencil functionality. I have had it for over a month now and it has been my favorite purchase so far for the year! I bring it every where I go, I use it for work and for personal. The apple pencil functionality is what makes me love this buy. So if you are buying this iPad i suggest to add the apple pencil with it. I would recommend it.

This iPad 6th gen works exactly as you expect. Having been repurposed from it's original intent, my spouse is using it as a replacement for a 1st gen iPad mini. The upgrade was overdue. The addition of the finger print sensor is welcome.The A10 Fusion processor is plenty fast (especially compared to any previous ten!) and handles all the apps she has thrown out - a few games, personal organizing, and streaming apps. The Rose Gold color is to her liking - not certain whether that is still offered on the subsequent model. The form factor is nice - the large screen real estate is satisfy to read downloadable books or stream. Still going strong 2+ years later, hope to next replace my iPad mini 2 with the latest model.

Great ipad at a great price (during black friday). The high end ones are a bit hard to swallow, but for its uses and price, this model is great! Good screen, good processor, and decent camera. Great for most uses and even includes pencil support.
