I’ve had lots of tech products over time including desktops, classic Windows laptops, Chromebooks, Kindle, MacBook, other tablets... and this is my first iPad. I do have an iPhone. It was very very easy to set up by pairing it with my phone. The on-screen keyboard is user friendly. It takes nice photos and they’re VERY easy to see. I’m really happy about my purchase at the friendly sale price. The service at my local Best Buy is great. They’re friendly, honest and honest without being to aggressive. It’s always been my experience there. I really appreciate it!

The new iPad 10.2" ia the same price as the older 9.7" but so much better. Bigger screen, faster and with the new iOS for the iPad more powerful.

This was a huge upgrade from our iPad mini. This is bigger than I expected and can’t imagine having a larger screen than this. It’s always blazing fast.

Bought this for my son for Christmas of course he loves it! Size is great it fast and allows him to have plenty of playing time in the house and on the road

Got the iPad for $249 during Black Friday and it is working really well. Especially at this price point, there is no competitive product from other companies.

I love this new iPad. It moves fast and the screen is slightly bigger than the iPad 2, but the overall size of the pad is slightly smaller. The price is great too!

Replaced my old iPad with the newest one and got a great deal on it. The new iPad is fast, storage is fine for me thanks to iCloud, and it's great for reading.

This is my 2nd iPad. My 1st iPad is about 5 years old and this upgrade is faster, lighter and thinner. Easy to transfer all my information from my old iPad.

Good value for the price. Getting older I cant see the small screens. At 9.7 inches makes it easier to see. Newest iOS make using the tablet a breeze.

Upon opening box of apple ipad all that you could imagine from an apple product was right in the palms of my hand. From the sleek feel to the power and response after setting up ipad was all that apple had advertised. The sight was so beautifully displayed that I couldn't wait to go and buy and apple ipad pro, which I did but that for another review. For this ipad had all the power and ability that an average movie watcher or online surfer could use and more From the camera and its display, to the responsiveness. All that you want could and would be at the tips of your fingers. Aloha

This Ipad is perfect to take it everywhere, easy to use and the best was the price, I'm already thinking of buying a better one, my wife is so happy.

Had been using a Mini iPad generation 1 which would no longer update to latest IOS. The new iPad 9.7 inch is a great step up in speed and screen size from the Mini. Still has finger print ID for the home button and the cost is good especially when on sale at $279. This is a very good value if you only need to check emails or watch some you tube videos.

I loved how reasonable this iPad was and how easy it is to use. It works just as good as the iPad Pro. (Basic needs that is, my husband has the Pro, I don’t need all those extra features.) Finally a reasonably priced Apple product! Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because I wish the design was closer to that of the Pro. The border is slightly thicker than the Pro.

Slimmer, lighter(weight) and faster. The battery last longer.
