I never thought I’d ever pay 300 bucks for a new iPad. So far this thing has been my favorite purchase of this year. Great price, great performance, great battery life. It would be nice to have the stereo speakers and I know the pro has it, but I couldn’t find a good reason to pay the extra money just for that.

I love my new iPad I use it mostly for school it’s smaller than my laptop easier to carry and just convient for everyday use

The new gen iPad is fast, crisp and a nice upgrade from prior models. Definitely recommended for light to moderate users.

Great iPad for the price if all you do is look at apps and movies there is no need to spend a lot of money on the pro line

This IPad is unique because of its price tag and size. I also have the Apple Pencil which works beautifully with it.

We decided to get the 32GB option and it’s well worth it. It’s a great cheaper option if you can’t afford a MacBook.

The size of the ipad fits perfectly in my hands and it runs smoothly. This along with the apple pencil is an amazing purchase.

I gave my son my 2017 Fire HD 8 because his tablet was getting buggy. I also was lacking a laptop. I have loads of Apple products - iPhones, Apple TVs, and a Mac Mini - so I thought I should try an iPad to take the place of my Fire HD 8 and serve as my laptop. Not a great plan for me. I like a physical keyboard. Yes, I know I could have got a physical keyboard for the iPad. But I also prefer using a mouse to navigate rather than touching the screen while working. I thought of just using the iPad for watching shows in bed. But you can do that on other tablets which cost a lot less than the $299 or $329 you'll pay for this iPad. I got another 2017 Fire HD 8 for $60 on sale at Best Buy. For my laptop, I will use a Chromebook and utilize iCloud. The iPad 6th generation is fast and buttery smooth. It runs all things iOS 11 and will run 12 in the fall. But it lacks the anti-reflective coating found on its higher priced siblings. There is glare which bothered me. The iPad 6th generation is good, but it didn't work out as a combination tablet/laptop for me.

Love this IPad. It is easy to use, small enough for transport, has a clear picture and great to use instead of a laptop.

Excellent product. This is my third Apple iPad. First two were the iPad minis. Since there's only one moving part on all iPads, you know why I have had to replace each one. Would be nice if Apple could figure out how to prolong the life of the home button, just do not last. I just bought this new bigger size and had my great grandson put an extra home button on the screen. I try to use it most of the time, saving the existing home button . Seems to be working out.

Needed a tablet for my trips to browse, do simple tasks, and stream TV and movies; love the screen size and ease of use!

My old ipad became slow, so I needed to update it. This is so much faster and just as easy to use as my older version.

I myself am not a student yet but next year hopefully i got this ipad to do my work on but for now i just use it for basic day to day things. I had a VERY old and broken ipad mini that couldn’t even download apps anymore and switching to this was the best decision i’ve ever made! easy to use the screen is not to small not to big & the audio is incredibly loud which i love consider my old one wasn’t that loud. I raved about it so much my boyfriend bought one!
