Ipad is considerably lighter than the ipad 4, battery life is great and it's so much faster! If upgrading from a previous version a few years ago this is a no-brainer, I might think about it twice though if yours is only a generation behind.

This iPad offers great value for the money - it's very fast, the screen quality is amazing, and 32GB is sufficient storage for all the apps I need plus a great number of photos and Netflix video downloads. It looks beautiful too. Highly recommended!

Let me start off by saying that my father has been using an iPhone for the last five years. So my father knows how to use the iPhone and is used to the iPhone. I originally purchased my father a Amazon fire tablet about two years ago. The tablet was fine but he didn’t use it nearly as much as he should’ve. He would always ask me to look stuff up for him on my iPad or on my desktop PC. I figured since my father is so used to his iPhone that I will buy him an iPad. I set the iPad up for him so anything that he does on his iPhone it pops up on his iPad. You have to be patient and teach your parents how to use these cool technology devices. So I took the time taught him how to use it and he has been in love with it ever sense. If you can find this iPad on a sale such as 249.99I highly recommend it

My new Ipad has become my new friend. I would recommend it to anyone that likes to read, its just the right size and so light to hold. It was easy to set up. The step by step made it so easy for me to get it up and working. Love, Love it!

Been thinking about getting my Dad a tablet, and when this went on sale, I just went ahead and bought it. He loves it! It's sleek and light. Screen is big so it's easier for him to read, play and watch. Responds fast, and has ample storage.

This IPad is my third tablet and I’ll never another brand again. Easy to use And allows for almost all applications. Great screen, great camera, and great battery life. Spend a little more and get the best.

I love this product because it's fast processing and compact for taking on trips. It's also lightweight and very pretty with Gold accent. Very affordable as well for what I needed.

What's not to love about this I pad... The camera and picture quality are amazing... Its the perfect size... Light weight... Its hands down my favorite iPad that I've owned... Apple keeps getting better...

Excellent gift for my parents - mom uses it for Facebook, games, and surfing the web. It replaced an earlier model - she loves the size, light weight, and speed of this model. I highly recommend it for older parents.

I have a 2 year old iPad pro and I'm really struggling to find major differences between this and my iPad pro other than the speakers. looks amazing, battery life is very very good, screen is sharp, processor speed is crazy fast.

Another great Apple product that is so easy to use. Apple products simply work! Would highly recommend. Thin, and looks great. Faster processor and better cameras etc. And the Best Buy Trade In program was easy too!

I purchased this iPad for work. It is fast, easy to use and navigate, and lightweight. I do not have problems using this even with updates. I also like the higher storage capacity it has than my old ipad mini.

Full disclosure I'm a huge apple user. I have everything. I use an iPad Pro 12 inch and bought this one for my girlfriend who suffered from a ruptured aneurysm and major stroke. She's been using it all day everything, reading, writing and using apps that give her exercises to try and help her get better. It's fast and works flawlessly. She obviously doesn't need it to do any heavy lifting. Even though her speech has been affected, Siri is still learning her voice and she's able to open apps and text people using dictation. It's the best 300 bucks I ever spent knowing that I could get her back into the outside world through an ipad.

In June 2019, my husband and I replaced our iPad 2 tablets with the iPad Gen. 6 model. We have only had the WiFi versions because we don't need anything else and don't want the expense of a cellular plan. The new iPads were very easy to set up from backups of the old ones we had on our computers. The screen on the new iPad is much clearer than on the iPad 2 and the dock is very nice because it displays recently used apps to make them easier to find and open again. The performance and speed of the new iPad is also much better than that of the iPad 2. I would highly recommend this iPad tablet over any other brand. I mostly use my iPad to watch movies that I own or on subscription services and the new iPad makes this very easy to do.

Love using this for school, Its easy to use and set up. Its lightweight and great for reading books online and for watching videos. It a great quality product and great price.

My how the tablet has evolved. I remember when the first Ipad was introduced. While kinda fun, it was also kinda limited and expensive for what it offered. With its latest iteration, Apple has reached a great level compromise. Economical (watch for the sales), pragmatic & fun. The entry level is a little stingy w/ it's memory, but is fine for grandkids & family who don't want or need a lot of memory. I was happily surprised they included Apple pencil capabilities & left the headphone jack. The screen is a nice size & not hard on the eyes. For the money, one of the best deals from Apple out there.

I bought this for my wife. She absolute love it. The screen is big enough so we can use it almost like a compute. It takes great picture too. The screen color is awesome. The battery last very long, very efficient.

I’m not committed to latest and most powerful technology and I use WiFi for my iPad so this was the logical choice. I’ve set up a personal hit spot on my phone for the rare occasions other WiFi is not available. The iPad is fast, a good size and like using a giant iPhone for the most part. Setting it up and loading my apps and data was a snap. Just set aside an hour or so and follow the instructions. I used Best Buy’s online order with you in store pickup. This was GREAT. There was even a reserved parking spot close to the door. I would definitely make this purchase again.

I recently bought this ipad and its incredibly easy to use. I use it mostly for my classes and it makes note taking much easier. I am able to see my notes anywhere. It also has a great camera and its really light.
