I replaced an older Samsung tablet with a deteriorating battery. I got it home and tried to set it up. I instantly regretted my choice in switching to Apple. I couldn't remember my Apple password and licked myself out of my account. I had to reset my password. When I did, it said my password had changed and my account had been unlocked. Only it wasn't unlocked. Called Apple and they told me there was nothing I could do except wait for 8-10 hours. It took me a while but I found a way to unlock it myself. Kinda sad Apple couldn't tell me this was of unlocking. It's a little getting used to an Apple product. It seems fast enough and the screen is pretty impressive. I haven't had a chance yet to use the cell connection so can I can't speak about that. Aside from Apple telling me there is no way to unlock my account, this has been a decent purchase.

It has so much more space. It is faster than my old iPad. I love it. I have had great help in setting it up

Was replacing my son’s old iPad and was able to get him a 128GB with cellular service for less than his original 16GB one. The prices at Best Buy were better than Apple store or Verizon.

I had been looking for an iPad that used the Apple Pencil and this is the one I settled on. It also had more storage, and I wanted Wi-Fi AND cellular, which were non-negotiable to me. I finally found this gem and made the jump after waiting for a while with my iPad Air2 (yes, I was overdue). It’s made me happy I waited and got what I wanted....all of it.

Fine product but came with wrong chip and would not tie into Verizon without a long struggle involving several phone calls and an actual trip to Best Buy store it obtain help from technition. In the end I am well pleased.

My wife loves our new Ipad. She is frequently researching, surfing and e-mailing . Great for traveling and locating hotels and restaurants. Got it on sale at Best Buy in Newnan, GA.. The customer service is excellent. Thanks Daemon and Erin for making our purchase so easy and fun.

You can’t go wrong with this convenient size iPad. I use it out in the field at work and put a nice durable cover on it. Cellular service on it is nice to have too especially in construction areas with no WiFi!

Wife is doing home health speech therapy, and uses a lot of iPad based apps working with younger kids. Plenty of storage and cellular connectivity.

This is a great companion to an iPhone, I use it to check social media and photo share with family, you can take it anywhere, it’s light and I used my old cover which was a bonus

I would highly recommend this iPad! It is crazy fast and reliable. Apple has done it again. They make great products and the price is very affordable.
