    I bought this as a gift for someone but I have one just like it and before that I had an older iPad. Apple's products are the highest quality...well worth the few extra dollars that another brand tablet might cost. I have never had a single problem with my older iPad or this newer one. The folks at Best Buy new exactly how to do the initial set-up and were extremely helpful.
