I am very happy with this. It is much lighter and thinner than the iPad II. I am using it to replace a laptop. It is also quite a bit faster.

I was using my iPhone 6 constantly since becoming sick and physically disabled. And I was looking for something compact to use while laid up on bed rest. The idea of an iPad Air 2 hit me and has totally and completely become my new obsession. From using "Pages" to write to my son in another state since he doesn't have cell or internet where he lives, to staying occupied with games and stuff at doctor appointments. It's super lightweight and so useful. By far the best investment since switching from android to Apple with my iPhone 6!

I actually wrote a review under the Apple Air 2 ipad (silver) because I bought both the gray/black and the silver/white and the silver one came up first for me to review. Please refer to my review there because I simply chose black because my new case was black. I absolutely love this Apple air 2 ipad. It is lighter; the case it smaller; the screen is still as large as its predecessor, and its new features like the finger touch connection to automatically enter the password are excellent. The Air 2 ipad in any color is really cool!

This IPod was easy to learn to use and is fast! It has great color clarity and an excellent display. I especially love the scanner.

The iPad Air 2 has a great balance of size and weight. Crisp, bright display. iOS 9 runs perfectly, including split-screen apps.

I originally bought a surface, but was disappointed in the app selection and lack of features that makes a tablet truly a tablet and not a small laptop. Last Black Friday I traded in my surface and got a iPad Air 2 and have never looked back. Love the battery, Apple Store app selection, and the overall speed and processing ability compared to my old surface. I loved my iPad Air so much that I bought a Mac desktop to go with it and eventually will be getting a new iPhone to link all of them together. Great product!

I've owned every version of the iPad since it first launched in 2010, and the iPad Air 2 feels like the biggest step forward in terms of hardware. The laminated display looks and feels painted on, there's virtually no lag, and the boost in memory has helped a lot. The only complaint I'd have is that the cameras are still relatively poor. I don't care about the back camera because I don't take photos with my iPad, but I do want a higher-quality front-facing camera since I use this as my go-to FaceTime device.

The newest iPad is SO stylish, sleek, light and fast! This beats the iPad-2 that I have by miles! Totally recommend this one!

I was tempted by this Air 2 16GB, which is the newest model of the full-size iPad and available since late 2014. After a few weeks' use, with the new and bloated iOS software version 8, I can say that 16GB iPads are inadequate for any experienced user with moderate storage requirements. This will be traded for bigger memory. Too bad Apple dropped the 32GB size, which was a sweet value of price/storage. We are clearly sold on iPads, and our family also has an Air 1, as well as a Mini 2 (retina) and an iPad 4 with Retina display. Compared to the crop of typical Android tablets, we find the Apple construction quality and design to be superior. Android apps seem sloppy and some are amateurish, even the screen layout seems undisciplined. Apple iOS seems tighter and better integrated, but it does occasionally crash the mail and calendar apps. The Apple warranty is also better, and the company seems happy to satisfy reasonable customer problems.

Bought this for my 75 yr old mother she already has an iPhone so she is already familiar with some aspects of the iPad. Great camera and processor speed just right for her this replaces and old windows laptop she has does a better job and more portable with a long battery life. Excellent product as always.

Absolutely love this IPad. The speed of this is incredible. It is bigger than the mini but so light and easy to handle.

It's an incredible peice of tech! It's fast! It's light weight and comfortable to use. Battery life is excellent, much improved. I can watch movies on a flight from coast to coast. If you've waited to upgrade then wait no longer. You won't ne disappointed.

I bought this IPAD for my wife to replace an older one. Worth it. Display is much nicer. Much faster when playing games. Ergonomically it's much thinner which makes it easier to carry. As always another 100% reliable product from Apple. Perhaps not a new feature but one worth mentioning. It was very easy to back up the old one to the cloud and then down load everything to the new one. Some game results had to be down loaded from Facebook but even that was painless.

Great new redesign of a classic iPad. I bought this to replace an old iPad 2 and it's faster and noticeably smaller.

i finally upgraded my iPad 2 to this. It's smaller and easier for me to put in my bag, it feels lighter, and with how old my other one is, it is much faster. It was a good upgrade and i expected nothing less from Apple. And with the iCloud it was super easy to set up and transfer all my stuff over.
