This product is user friendly. The help section is great. This is my first Mac product, and I like it. It is a different then my pc Windows products, but I like the changes. And I usually don't like change.

Moved up from my iPad mini to a iPad air 2. I love the extra features including being able to dim light more at night then my i pad mini did ,maybe because this is just a newer model. i do love and faster.

I was using previous version of an ipad and it slowed down in time due to all upgrades and I decided to buy a new one. When I started to use I realized that how fast it is and excellent quality of product.

I upgraded from the iPad 2. Not only was it time because technology had changed so much but I was tired of software updates slowing my iPad down. And of course Best Buy had the best trade in incentive so I jumped on the offer. I love having the iPad Air 2. It is so much faster then my iPad 2 and so freaking thin. I use this device every day for my job and I rely so much on all my apple products.

I loved my iPad 4, but it's getting so slow and doesn't hold a charge as long as it used so I finally broke down and bought the latest version. I live it, it's so much faster, but not totally unfamiliar.

This ipad will replace my first ipad. It is lighter and the display is better. I also like the camera with the slow motion.

Awesome product! Great for teaching kids as well. My 3 year old loves using it. If my 3 year old can work his way around this then anybody can. If you need a tablet & like apple products then this is a must have

This product is super thin and light; the resolution of the screen is super clear; and the processing speed is fast; great for viewing movies and playing games. The iPad Air 2 is very versatile for any occasion.

I bought this for myself and bought two in silver for Christmas presents. Best buy had the best price by far and the service is excellent. I love this product. This is the best money I have spent in a long time!

Best tablet I've ever had! Almost a year later and still going strong. I always keep it in the box it came in when traveling of course. I use it daily for my cruise line musician gigs.

IPAD Air 2 is great. It is easy to navigate, has great graphics and the uses are extensive you can check email, read a book, make a movie, play a game and listen to music to name a few, and so very protable.

This is one of the fastest iPad's yet and it is lighter and thinner than the previous model.

It's an iPad. I do like the faster processor and touch for security. I believe that an iPad3 whenever it is released won't be a significant improvement of this iPad2. With 11ac it works very well on my home network and is indeed faster and streams video well. I also appreciated the great price that Best Buy had on this.

My son uses it for school and it has been great - lightweight, screen is a good size, great camera for movies.

Stop reading reviews and buy an iPad. Do not look at other tablets, they suck. Do you have an iPhone? Then an iPad is the tablet you want. Do you not have an iPhone? Then go buy one, and then go buy an iPad.

This was a gift for my parents in their 70's and have never used an ipad. With the help of the grandkids they caught on fast and are loving the ability to sit on the couch and face time with everybody.

I am an author and it is so much easier to use the iPad for writing than lugging a laptop around. Although it doesn't use Cellular Data, that's okay because I find that when I have internet, I get distracted.

it is small size & much more lighter then its predecessor, the gold color is very eye catching, the product is well build

This was a replacement for my wife's original iPad she owned for over three years. It was time for an upgrade. The new features and screen quality/clarity are incredible. Best of all; happy wife, happy life.
