If you search my user name, you'll see that this is the 5th review I've posted for an iPad. The AIR 2 is simply the best. Fast, light, flexible, easy to use.. blah, blah,blah... you've heard it all before. Every platitude is true. This is nearly the perfect tablet. Yes, cost is a little high (though I got mine on sale) and you cannot upgrade the storage.. blah, blah,blah... you've heard it all before. I have 4 iPads and 2 android tablets... the Air 2 blows away the Nexus 10 in every way.... highly recommended

Came from the iPad2. Performance as slowing down (or technology is progressing too fast...one of the two) and needed to upgrade. It is incredibly thin and light, waayyy faster, beautiful display, and I opted for more storage. Worth the price in my eyes.

I have tried multiple different Android tablets over the past couple of years, but I have never been happy with them. I bought a first gen Nexus 7 a couple years ago and it was just "ok". I only bought it because it was the best I could afford at the time, but it lasted me pretty well for a year or so. Then I stopped using it after a few system updates that caused it to slow down so I decided to finally get an iPad. It was a great decision and I do not regret it. I love how much thinner and lighter the Air 2 is compared to my mom's iPad 3. I have never had it slow down no matter what I have thrown at it. The battery life is also excellent, I can get a few days out of it with constant usage for 3-4 hours a day. I would for sure recommend getting the larger capacity since iPads tend to last for years and you will want the extra capacity later on.

I bought the Ipad Air for my autistic son. I had given him my old Ipad with limited memory. He enjoys playing games so we decided to upgrade him early for his birthday. I love that the Ipad Air is smaller and lighter but the screen is the same size. I like that it's small enough to fit in my purse so it can go with us (we also got the case for protection). My son is very happy and enjoying the game play. Since it has tons of memory,his gaming is working fine (previous Ipad ran out of memory, only 16gb so his games wouldn't work properly). Happy kid, happy mom!

This is the best tablet on earth right now. It is very light weight and awesome engineering design. It has great processor , great camera , great display. I purchased on black Friday deal as birthday gift to my daughter. She is loving this.

This is my third iPad. Had the very first, then the first Retina display, and now the Air2. Everything it was advertised to be. Light, fast, easy to carry, amazing high def screen. Noticible improvements and advances from previous models.

After three years with an Android tablet I finally reached the straw that broke the proverbial camel's back. I decided that the Apple iPad Air 2 was the only way to go. It is a dream come true. A tablet that does everything I want without the issues I faced daily with the Android. No longer do I have to deal with problems of erratic behavior, intermittent restarts and just plain orneriness that plagued my Android. This iPad provides all the apps I need with a wonderful screen, fast performance and an easy to access system. Coupled with my new iPhone and iTunes I have everything I need from a tablet. Thanks Apple for providing user friendly hardware with an easy to navigate software system. And thanks to Best Buy for providing the best prices available anywhere for the iPad Air 2.

Nice size, light, fast, great display, plenty of memory so far, great sound too. Had not watched much video, but this device changed that. The Best Buy experience to purchase is sweet and fast. Got a rare discount as well.

The new iPad air two is better and faster than previous models. are use iMovie a lot and the processing of my film editing is much quicker and more seamless than in previous models.I assume this is due to the faster processor. While I am not a gamer, I am I understand from those who are at the processor also lends to better graphics and more responsive playtime. The camera is much improved as well, though I don't see the iPad as a camera I will use outside of my house, for fear of dropping it! For that I will continue to use my iPhone 6. The retina display is great for watching movies on Netflix or through other apps! If you have waited until now to get an iPad, this is the time. If you already have been iPad air, I do not think the improvements are justified to upgrading at this time.

I'm in love with this iPad. On the outside is stunning and elegant, I have the gold one and it is gorgeous, it definitely looks expensive, is thin and light, the best looking tablet out there. Now the most important thing is the inside. I'm not gonna get info ios vs. android because it depended on preferences and the ecosystem you have invested on, but I can say that ios makes it very simple and neat to use. I like that I can differantiate between a PC and a tablet. It's fast, the screen is gorgeous, it has a better camera than the previews version... The apple apps are great and I love that my iPhone, iPad & macbook all work great together! It is a major improvement over the past iPads.., maybe not so much from iPad air but still if you have the money is well worth the upgrade.

My purchase of an iPad Air 2 was a replacement for a 4 yro iPad2. I was happy with my iPad2 and I'm even more happy with my iPad Air 2: it is lighter, brighter, faster and easier to hold with one hand. Good purchase! Transferring my files from my old iPad to my new one was simple - I just used the iCloud option and it did the rest. MS - take a lesson from this, please! I use the new iPad for travel communication and for browsing the web from bed, and for iBooks. I love how it synchs with my iPhone and iMac, so I can use one and finish with another. I also like how my wifi-only iPad can send text messages to anyone and I can answer my iPhone from my iPad. I thought the improvements between the iPad and the newer iPad Air2 were frivolous, but now I like them!

This is my 3rd iPad. This was a needed upgrade over my iPad 3. This device is fast, thin, and beautiful. I am firmly entrenched in the Apple ecosystem with an iPhone, iPad, iMac, Apple Tv, and MacBook Air. I would recommend the iPad for anyone who has apple products or anyone looking to get a great tablet. Avoid the lower capacity models.

Faster, thinner, lighter, runs longer than my iPad 2. More capacity and better pictures. Really lightweight . My wife loves the gold color. It was a gift and she uses it all the time-no more laptop for her.

I had an android tablet before but it had gotten ruined, so i upgraded and switched to an apple product. I love it more than i expected. Light, thin design. Fast, battery last all day and through out the night.

This tablet is my 6th iPad and by far the best. It is light in weight fast in processing and screen is amazing. I love the new glass on these and the size is amazing. Kudos to Apple on another fine product.

The IPad Air 2 64g is my very first Apple item. ( I don't even own a smart phone -never have). I found it very easy to use... Almost too easy, by Windows standards. There is a word "type" program, an excel "type" program, a Kindle type app, and more. I have no clue why laptops exist now and why anyone would want anything not Apple. However that is coming from someone who didn't even know how to keep up with the virus protection on my HP without spending a fortune. I play a few games, use the Pages app (apple's version of Word), print, scan, fax, read books, etc. etc. Also, using Suri to set appointments and reminders on the calendar - again, too easy! I love this tablet, however it is the only tablet I have ever had, so I can't compare to other tablets. It's so easy, I bought one for my mother (who is also NOT tech savvy at all). We use the FaceTime a lot since she lives so far away. Lots of fun! But she is enjoying using it for internet and other things. This tablet does everything and more that my laptop did for me but at lightning speed. Virus protection is not something I have to think about anymore! I purchased a 64 but I realize now for my use, the 16 would have been more than sufficiant for me as I do not play WOW Type games or run a business. Also the netflix picture is so good on my iPad it made me wonder why Netflix on my TV through my old wii is not good at all, so I got an Apple TV box and now the picture is great with no buffering AND my iPad is now wirelessly connected to my TV.

Newest version of the iPad Air (at the time of purchase). What can you say? It is the smallest and lightest version of the iPad. It is fast, works as you would expect it to, and the display looks great.

The iPad Air 2 is a sleek and awesome tablet. I have the iPad Air and bought the iPad Air 2 for my wife. In setting it up I immediately noticed the difference in size (thickness) and appearance. It was quick and with 64g, it had twice the storage of my iPad Air even though I paid less than what my 32g iPad Air cost. I used my iPad for music (sheet music, chords for songs etc), check emails and minor office work. With the introduction of Word and Excel for the iPad, it's functionality and usefulness improved even more. My only regret is that I didn't get an iPad Air 2 for myself as well. I love everything about it and would strongly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good, durable tablet.

This was my first iPad purchase. My husband has a kindle and really likes it, but I wanted something a bit larger, but not quite a laptop. This iPad Air 2 has filled my needs quite well. I thought about the iPad Pro, but quickly decided that it was too large for me. I still want the option of carrying my tablet with me if I decide to take it on a trip, and this isn't too large. It is a good size for reading and watching shows or a movie from my lap. I did not get a keyboard cover in hopes that typing would be easy enough on the iPad itself, and it is. Battery life is good and the processor itself runs smoothly and quickly. Nice tablet!

I thought I was thrilled with the first iPad Air. Apple finally made their tablet light enough to carry around and hold comfortably. Then they made it lighter and faster with the second generation. The little weight that they took off is barely noticeable but still appreciated. The best improvement is the new processor and the 2GB of RAM. This thing is fast and I can't wait for apps to start taking advantage of the new processor. The best improvement here without a doubt is the 2GB of RAM though. I'm sure the improvements they made in the screen technology is detectable but it still looks like the same iPad screen to me and it looks great.
