Its fast its reliable I use it every day from watching tv to taking notes to studying and notes for church I love this tablet.

Super fast and works well with cellular service. great Xmas gift for my kid. This replaces a Mini 2 which was just too slow.

Easy to operate because it is much like my old iPad and a little bit bigger. So I didn't have to learn much of anything new.

This turned into a very late Turned out to be a subdued Christmas present when we tried to set up an older version brand new (not refurbished or pre-owned) IPad out of the box and it would finish the set up process. We took it in to Geek Squad, and they couldn't get it to work either, and unfortunately were all sold out. We wended up upgrading to the this IPad Air for an extra $300. and had to wait a week for delivery...bummer.

We purchased the iPad Air for a person working with our ministry. We purchased it because we have been using an iPads through the years. We were most impressed with the technical support we have been getting from Apple. The person that we purchased the product for is not knowledgeable in terms of computer technology, but the Apple technicians were very patient and accommodating to assure that the person was up and running.

I updated from my older iPad Air 2. This iPad is a great upgrade. Is much quicker and has better battery life.

With the quality and capability of my iPad, I have not missed sitting at my desktop. Love it!

Would spring for the next gen version but was a great price for me for the older version.
