There is no downside to this device. Fast, lots of apps, and so light to hold in ones hand. Sharp screen.

The best thing is the free addition of pages, numbers, keynote, garage band,iPhoto and iMovie. Camera could have been better(comes with 5mp isight). Battery life is great about 9hrs of internet over wifi. About 3 days of standby with here and there use will show a low battery. Does not come with touchId. Overall a great product. Love display, frame is beautiful and light. Great for any type of task(school,work or recreation) Awesome loud speakers!

I was an apple iphone fan from the beginning but never got an apple tablet, i didn't think i needed it. Well now that i own the ipad air, i realize i was missing out. It's everything and more than what i expected from a tablet; very easy to use as one could expect from an apple product, and the battery life is outstanding. I'm very happy with my purchase, so much so that i even bought a keyboard for it, a lot of people see and think it's a netbook.

The IPAD Air is like a small laptop. I take it to business meeting and use it at home. Great tablet, salesman was very helpful. I purchased the cover with the keyboard and it works like a small laptop. I also purchased the personal Windows Software and installed it. That way when I take it to meetings, I bring it to work and take notes, which I can email to my business email. The IPAD Air fits in a large purse and i can easliy travel with it.

Got this for my wives birthday. She loves it! All the things that she use to do on her phone she can now do on the iPad. Apple makes it easy to set up and use. Also new design even with a case on I it, this product light wright and easy to handle.

This product is so light and convenient to carry anywhere. It has excellent graphics and clarity. There are many free apps and low cost apps available to have so much knowledge at your fingertips. The picture taking and picture sharing is superior! It offers a wonderful screen to view movies and videos also. I would highly suggest everyone invest in getting this item. It is worth every penny spent and I have no regrets only praise for this tablet!

Another great product from Apple. It is light weight, good picture and very fast connection to the WI-FI.

I have had three Ipads. The Ipad 3,4, Air. Each one has been markedly better and easer to use. The light weight of the Air beyond belief and the retina display as with the Ipad 4 is so much easier on the eyes. My has been giving me an Ipd for the last three years with her getting last years. This she gave the Ipad 3 to my son. Next year my daughter-in-law gets the Ipad 4. The Ipad has been trouble free and I would greatly recommend the purchase.

I would recommend this ipad to others. Light weight & easy to use for my 65 year old mother!

It was betw Samsung or iPad, got iPad as it fulfilled all the functions needed. Samsung has extra functions and options at a higher price point, but at end of day I won't be using all of them, so avoid paying for the extra $$ as well. My only complain is iPhoto can't sync with dropbox or G drive. The 16G won't help with the next systems update as it requires 8G in order to do so. If you've got the money, highly suggest getting the 32G.
