The best tablet

The purchase process was complicated due to my lack of understanding. Best Buy's service and support is beyond anythig I could ever imagine. I am now a Best Buy customer for life. Nice upgrade from iPad 3

It seems sleeker than the old iPad, which is nice since I was considering an iPad mini for her. She is very happy with it, but if she wasn't so invested in iOS, I wouldn't seriously considered a Win 8 or Android tablet.

I had original Ipad and Ipad air is so much better
