Works as expected, it's a great product. Purchased as a Christmas gift for my kid, this is so much better than other tablets, and parental controls are a breeze.

I found it very challenging to set up the iPad Air. You MUST have an Apple ID to get started, but to do that you must also have an email account. That would have been fine for me, but I was setting this up for my 78 year old mother who knows NOTHING about any computer technology of any kind. Once I had the Apple ID squared away, things went along a lot more smoothly. I'm very computer savvy, but this piece of equipment did take some getting used to, since I'm a PC/Android guy. The screen display is excellent and battery life, especially when hooked up to the Logitech external keyboard, lasts for days. For Apple aficionados, you'll love it. For PC/Android users, be patient. For those on a budget, I think you can go with something else IMHO.

Whether we agree or not, it's the age of technology and if you don't have an iPad or tablet, you've been left behind. The iPad Air is like the typical iPad with the exception that it's light. I would recommend putting a protective case and screen on it right away as you can easily forget you have it in your lap because it's so lightweight. A good gift to give to all ages!

Nice upgrade from iPad 2. Quick processor and easy to use, another solid apple product!

I can't say enough about the iPad air. I bought it for my wife this past Valentine's day and it was well received.
