My old ipad quit working the day before i left for Europe. I had to get a new one, i can't live without it!

This is my second iPad. Both have Retina Displays which are perfect for ebook reading. My daughter and my wife are the main users of these ipads. The only drawback and perhaps always be is the lack of storage expansion. Apple should be open-minded considering adding this feature which would be widely admired.

I bought the iPad Air as a replacement for my iPad 2. I also own an iPad Mini. The iPad Air is much lighter than the iPad 2. I can verify the increased resolution by the sharpness of very small type. Total response time is not significantly faster. The narrow side bezel makes it awkward for me to hold the iPad Air without activating something accidentally. When traveling, the iPad mini is my preference. The iPad Air carries an inflated price, which compared to other tablets, is hard to justify..

Had an iPad two and upgraded to this. Awesome!! I recommend this to anyone looking for a new iPad or tablet.

The ipad is just a nice convenient internet / gaming tablet. It feels extremely sturdy, although I stongly recommend a good case. It's great for watching movies & web browsing. It's responsive and easy to use - especially if you already have an apple product. If not, you will only have a slight learning curve.

I bought this for my granddaughter to use. She plays her preschool games every day. She is learning a lot.
