Already own and IPAD 2. The smaller frame size of the Air makes a big difference in the feel of the tablet.

This is one sweet machine. I love it for pleasure and for business. The quality of the screen is amazing, and its super responsive to touch. The app store is awesome, and the "feel" and the fit and finish is world class. Its the most expensive device of its type out there, but its actually worth it. Love it!

Bought ipad so elderly relative could connect. She is still learning, but the base ipad was a good choice.

Not a Mac user but was able to use it without any assistance. Bought a keyboard cover so that it can be used as a computer when traveling. Otherwise, I usually use a stylus when using my IPad Air.

This is a typical Apple product. Not necessarily the best features (lower quality cameras, smaller memory, more expensive, no fingerprint sensor, no NFC, etc.), but it is very easy to use and carries the cachet of being an Apple product.

I was having some problems with the IPad 2 almost since I got it a few years ago. The screen would freeze up and I would have to shut it down to fix it. So, last month my husband bought this for me for my birthday. I really like the smaller size and the screen is much brighter to me. So far, no problems.

Before the new ipad releases in September, I would prefer this ipad since the price has been adjusted.

I bought one of these for my senior parents to use and one for myself to start writing a book. I usually use a PC as well as my parents. But we both needed mobility and simple set up. We have not been disappointed. It's very easy to use and set up. There is loads of help online if you have any questions.

I like my Model 2 IPAD, so I bought the Air model for my wife. The new one does all the amazing stuff my original one does with greater comfort and improved battery life, along with better mobility. I love it. Just looking for an excuse to upgrade mine. can't believe Apple will come up with a better one.

I've been using an iPad at work for several months now and have been wanting one for my personal use.
