An Apple product is an Apple product and my daughter is very satisfied with her new iPad. But my buying experience with Best Buy was outstanding! I purchased my iPad Air over the phone for in-store pick up and my store representative was wonderful. To say the least, her customer service skills were top-notch; she seemed to care that I was pleased with my purchase and wanted to make sure that I selected the product that I wanted/needed. Way to go Best Buy!

I had the original iPad and this is a big improvement! The screen is very clear and sharp and it is much faster.

My seven year old adores and is so satisfy with her iPad air she constantly utilizes the product, to point she feel she must sleep with it. This iPad air purchased from Best Buy provided my family with the same satisfaction had the purchased been made at the Apple store. It is the discount of the iPad air that made my family the decision to make purchase from Best Buy. There are no complaints with the product and we are enjoying every moment spent on this iPad air.

Safari doesn't work as well as other browsers, but using the ipad for checking websites and e-mail while traveling was sure easier than hauling my laptop or getting access to others' computers.
