I have owned several Apple products, and the iPad is the most distinguished among Apple's line up relative to its competition. The most compelling aspects of this tablet are the beautiful design, and the 10 hour battery life. These are the two features that made me decide to purchase another Apple product irrespective of their business practices which try to squeeze money out of their customers by not supporting devices properly after they are released.

Well, I am probably one of the most anti-Apple people around but I love their iPads. I cannot get enough of Apple's tablets. I have 2 iPad 2's and just got the Air for my wife. Not much difference between the 2 and the air software wise. The OS is identical to the iPad 2. However the hardware is where this puppy shines. The air is so much faster than the 2 from a raw processing standpoint. Side by side launching the same apps and the air is ready to go while the 2 had to think a bit more, just a second or 2 but noticeable. The Retina is crisp, sharp and colorful. No jagged edges on the text. And then finally, it is light as a feather. After holding my 2 for a while I begin to notice the weight. Using the Air is like holding a book or a cell phone. I get nervous sometimes typing on it that I am going to punch my finger right through it, but it holds up. Very durable for its super slim physique. Also uses the micro charger unlike the 32 pin of previous iPads. Definitely an upgrade over the 2 but subtle upgrades. Nothing earth shattering.

It's fast, light, and sleek, especially compared to the iPad2 I used to use before this one. I use it everyday. It has met all my expectations.

I bought this gadget for myself on Black Friday. Although I know that Apple does not usually gives out Black Friday deals, I was so glad Best Buy did . My Ipad Air is my new toy now, it is so easy to navigate, so light to carry, photos are crisp & clear, and lightning fast! I start my day using it and ends with it just the same. I'm so glad I decided to get it for myself.

I was very happy with my iPad 2, but when the iPad Air came out I checked it out. It's about half a pound lighter and much quicker to load. The best new feature is the retina display screen; very sharp and very bright. Like all Apple products, it's beautifully designed. Price is always an issue with Apple, but I was willing to pay it and I'm happy with my choice.

Ipad air is very light and easier to tote around. The camera is excellent and the didplay is sharp. Apple makes it easy to set up too.

The tablet is perfect for all entertainment and general internet surfing purposes. The size and portability make it ideal for reading books, watching internet streams and internet related business such as paying bills. I own 3 other tablets and this by far is best tablet that has replaced my others. The weight and portability rival the mini version of this tablet. I had another 10 in tablet for internet movie watching and that too has been put in retirement because of this tablet. Overall for entertainment and web browsing, this tablet replaces the need to have a tablet for that specific function I could not quite get out of 1 tablet. As all other tablets this tablet does not quite replace the need for a personal computer even with all attached peripherals. But it comes close. The manufacturer finally got it right. The screen size that is required to truly enjoy a streaming movie and the weight and size that make the mini version a bit easier to handle.

I LOVE my iPad!!! I will never, ever, again buy any phone, tablet, or computer that isn't an Apple product. The iPad Air is sleek, portable, super fast and it easily interfaces with my iPhone. It is also an excellent buy for such an awesome product!

Love the iPad Air. The size and weight is great! Love the speed and vivid colors. Takes excellent photos and the color is vivid!

This Apple Air is a great size, doesn't weigh much and is so clear and user-friendly that I am very pleased that I bought it.

Thin , sleek & useful. I bought it as a gift for my retired dad -- who found it very easy to use . Pictures are awesome too.

I like this tablet. I'm not a huge Apple fan either. It's pretty user friendly. And the size and weight are ideal.

I replaced my Ipad 2 for the Ipad Air. It is a beauty! Lighter weight, smaller print yet same size screen with retina display. Fast processor, battery lasts at least 10 hours. It is protected with full cover and screen protector. No scratches Very easy to operate Replaces computer, scanner, camera, music player, gps

I have owned 3 iPads over the years and this one tops them all. It's extremely light and easy to hold. Blazing fast and a beautiful screen to look at. Battery life is also excellent!! I used to be anti Apple, but after owning numerous products from them I am now a believer!! Quality sturdy made great running products!

I bought this as a gift for my parents for Christmas . They've been wanting one so that when they travel, it would be easier to bring vs a laptop. They love it because it's easier to read/see vs the iPhone. They've been able to adjust to using it w/o any difficulty since they already have an iPhone so the functions are very similar. They like the slim look and the light weight. They are very happy with their new iPad.

My in-laws are technologically challenged, for lack of better words. I purchased the iPad for their Christmas gift, set it up and then shipped out to them. I was able to walk them through using the iPad and explain the basics to them. This iPad is faster and lighter than previous versions. I highly recommend all Apple products for those who are technologically challenged because of it's easy to use interface.

It's thin, light, and fast, but should have gotten more memory. Handy and easy to take with.

Love the new I-pad air, I upgraded from the original I-Pad. This is so light, fast and clear!

This was purchased as a second ipad for home use, it is quite a bit lighter and more compact than the ipad4 we already own, and the functionality is excellent. Upgraded camera is nice, the product does everything we need flawlessly including streaming Xfinity broadcasts. The price match deal made this irresistible. Nice to be able to buy a smart case for this ipad, no longer made for the earlier models.

I've owned Apple's iPod, iPod Touch, and iPhones...all early generation products that worked great. Always been "late to the dance", so to speak, with the latest & best, though.. No iMac, no iPad, no iPadAir... 'til now. Wonder why I waited! Great tablet! Of course, the weight hits it out of the park. I was happy with Nexus 7. Great for the price...but it wasn't an Air. FINALLY! Easy to see why it's the best!
