Being much lighter than previous version is a plus and it works just as well if not better.

Such a lot of computer for such a tiny device. Slips into my purse and is always ready for action. I do a lot of genealogy and now I can do research without having to lug a heavy laptop. If there is data that I need to scan, I simply take a picture of it. What could be more simple!

iPhones are great to stay connected and to place calls, but sometimes you need a little more screen. I use it to supplement my laptop when I travel. Kids love it!! Again, sometimes a cell phone is just too small. Almost too light, but when I added a cover it is now just right!!!

Great product at a better price . Even though not the newest edition, works plenty fast.

This is just like a bigger version of an i-phone. Easier to see. Camera is excellent.

I've owned a Samsung Galaxy Tablet and a Kindle Fire and the iPad surpasses them both in quality and features. The battery life and speed of charging is crazy impressive on this item. Many applications that were not available on the other tablets were available on this item.

I've been looking to purchase a tablet for some time now, and was down to two products after 4 months of doing research, and came down to the Surface Tablet and of course the iPad Air. I ended up purchasing the iPad Air simply because of the reliability that Apple's name carries with it. I am able to sync the MacBook Pro I bought with it at the same time, and it really does make like a bit more efficient. I took the iPad Air to Italy with me for a week and I was blown away with the picture quality! Awesome product overall! I regards to the Microsoft Office problem, I've decided to download Google Drive to supplement that, and they also offer something called Microsoft Office 360 but there is a $99/year charge if your interested in that.

I bought this for school use as an e-reader and browsing and so far, its been perfect.

It is thin and light with nice resolution of screen. a good deal with promotion price.
