Many times faster than my first tablet- (iPad 2). Just works to multitask and my internet is much quicker, no more bottleneck.

this is a leap forward for the ipad family. the screen resolution is superb, there are all the usual ipad features, plus Apple have snuck in some extra ones. Its very thin, and easy to hold and use. There are so many generics available these days, but when you get your hands on an Apple, the quality and features make that slight extra cost so worth it .

Wanted something lighter and more up to date. This is definetly there in the size and weight catagory but it still is the same old apple just rebranded. Going to give the Samsung Pro series a try next and see if I like that any more.

Perfect starting tablet for my elderly mother. She is limited sighted and this is the perfect size and weight for her use. We could have gone with the iPad Air 2 but the black Friday sale at $310 was too much to pass up on.

Never used Apple product before and I was a little concerned about learning process, but no major problems encountered, just read some guiding stuff on the net and today I am very happy with this tablet.
